Went in and waited for almost 20 minutes, not one person working served, said hello, or even looked at us. If you can’t watch out for people coming in on a FRIDAY, don’t have a “seat yourself” sign. Walked out and still no one noticed. Never even got to eat 😭

If you’re going for the food, I’d keep driving. Even though everything was deep fried, they couldn’t seem to do that well. My buffalo chicken sandwich was fried into oblivion, and it had very little sauce. Our server was pretty curt.

First of all, Ohio is full of awesome people! The wait staff ,bartender ,wereall fantastic! Even the local patrons were some of the most welcoming people I've ever met. Came to watch a Chiefs game found a great place to come back to!

This place use to be good came in ordered the wings and cheese fries and fries was Barely loaded then the wings tasted like they was smoked in a chimney. And heavy dry rubbed seasoning tasted like I took a wing out of a chimney of ashes . Service was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE no silverware no appetizer plates. Never came for refills or asked how our good was. There was 3 waitresses all standing in a corner on their phones , vaping and eating. We had to ask for our check and then take it up to the bar . They wouldn't even come pick up our check after 20 min. Never again. We wasted 45 bucks , do yourself a favor and save your money. The waitresses clearly hate their job and their customers.

Food was excellent. Stopped by for dinner as we were passing through. The sliders were 3 different varieties and all were good. The tangles were very tasty. If I am in the area, I would definitely go back.

First time trying this place out on a sunday around 1pm not busy at all, atmosphere very dull no one greeted us, waitress took about 15 minutes to even come and greet us not very happy to be there seem like. Once she did get our drinks they where in Styrofoam cups then we order chicken wings as a appetizer the chicken wing took about 20-25 minutes to come to the table and once we got them we started eating then the chicken wings where still raw in the middle, then we order our food i got a brisket and mac n cheese and my boyfriend got a burger and fries my food came out cold in the middle and mac n cheese was very very watery and cold so I sent it back then it came back out luke warm I just ate the food because its now at 2.5 hour mark of being in the restaurant and I normally never send food back but I waited a very long time for the food just for it to be cold! The 2 tables next to us got their food very fast and way before us even though we been there first very upsetting and won't be back!
