We ordered mobile pickup I sent my boyfriend in and the guy kept saying we only ordered a small fountain drink and our sandwiches and we kept saying no we ordered the whole meal which comes with chips and a drink and we ordered two meals and he looks at the receipt and started to say that we didn’t even order chips. When we got in the car and checked our sandwiches the breads were swapped like what? Won’t be coming back here again. Not to mention my sandwich was cold when I wanted it toasted.

They refuse to answer the phone—absolutely no response. I placed a fairly large catering order, and the subs were literally just shredded cheese with turkey or ham, completely dry. I’ll be stopping by tomorrow since I can’t reach anyone by phone. Extremely disappointing catering experience

I had a delivery order that never got to me and they refused to let door dash refund me since it was delivered upon 3rd party they ignored door dash phone calls and my call! THEY STOLE FROM ME! Do not eat here! Also beware they have cockroaches!!!! Saw on on the counter when I was going in to talk to them but of course I got ignored!

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. This place is trash. I placed a pick up order at the restaurant because the deal was only online. The guy looked at my reciept multiple times and still managed to put it on the wrong bread. I got home to realize he also didn’t put 2 items on my sub. Went back and they were yelling at me and extremely rude asking for my reciept like it was my fault when they messed up my sandwhich twice. Not that hard to read a reciept. Sub was mediocre, wont be back.

The lettuce was brown and when we asked for new lettuce several times all they did was put new lettuce on top of the old brown lettuce. Also, we asked for a little bit more veggies and was told we only give limited veggie when using coupons. I would avoid this place!

They don’t take coupons they put out . Pretending to try and scan them . The food is gross and old. Same people run the subway in Walmart and deal with it the same way . If you want a sun go some where else . Cappy’s pizza has good subs . Or make your own .

Flat bread gets worse every time thinner and thinner , people who work here are rusty and rude not helpful at all they say they have all these things and then when u ask for it just ride and say don’t have no
Worst subway I've ever had? I couldn't even place it, like what was dofferent. The whole family agreed ... The "toasted" subs had chewy bread, the tomatoes were mealy & bitter olives & cucumber ... Clearly very old carried over vegetables. They also skipped out on toppings ... Not sure why they wouldn't want to get rid of those old yucky vegtables anyhow .. we won't be back.

Tried to get food at 9:30pm on 4/22/24 on High St. in London, OH.Hours show online they are open to 10pm, doors open and open sign is lit on the building.Walk in and we're told they're closed and the light switch doesn't work. Pretty sure she just didn't want to do anything so close to closing.
