Ordered on door dash, and one sub arrived with no toppings, and the meatball sub had all the missing items, making it inedible. This is either a deliberate act, of incredible stupidity.

Worst sub ever. The bread was over cooked! Never had that before! She charged for bacon on two sandwiches when only one had the bacon. She was told to use Mayo but instead picked up some orangy brown stuff and started to put it on. When we told her that was wrong she just picked up the wrong sauce and veggies that had The wrong sauce on it and did not add back any veggies that she had taken out and just put the Mayo on it as it was. Not acceptable. Will not go back. They used to be the best in London and now they're the worst. Plus they don't take coupons. So the next time we'll just have to get a sandwich out of town since London doesn't do the coupons. Why pay $5 more? Just because they don't want to take the coupons. Then you shouldn't have the name of Subway, especially since you can't serve the food properly!

Very rude service!!
Atmosphere doesn't look clean nor pleasant.
Food was only average compared with other Subway restaurants.
This is our third time here and service was horribly rude each time.

UPDATE-

So not only is the store ignoring my calls still I have yet to get my money back or any type or resolution due to me not getting my order!!! All subway needed to do was have DoorDash pay then for the mistake they made but they won’t even take my call so this can be resolved! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

I ordered threw an app and had my food delivered by DoorDash however door dash did not give it to right address and I was told to call the store for refund I have called 7-9 times and they won’t take my call! So now I’m out 18$ this store needs to learn customer services!!!!! Won’t ever order from this store again!!!

Ordered my sub online picked it up the sub had two items on there that I didn’t even select and was no meat on it. I had gone into the store and showed the worker. He looked at it for a minute and said there is meat look. There was one tiny piece of meat. I said what the one piece? He said yes it’s very thin like a powder. I’ve been getting the same sub for over a week. Not once has it ever looked like this. He had also completely disregarded about the items that were on the sub as well.

This lady doesn’t change her gloves or knives. She served seven customers with the same pair of gloves and knives. Some people may have allergies, but she doesn’t care at all. The veggies don’t look fresh either.

ridiculous. paid for my sub online, and suddenly they’re not able to make it because it didn’t come through. zero sorry’s or “i’ll fix it.” just telling me to talk too their manager and guilt trip me. horrible. should be shut down or sold.

They don't put anything on your sandwich. People skills are lacking also. No Hello, when you walk in. Pretty much ignore you until they are ready to serve you. Go to the other Subway in town!

After waiting for about 5 minutes before someone came to the counter to take my order because both workers were in the back on their phones talking to someone. I then try to order my sub which was an all American club, but because the woman can barely understand English she made a subway club even after multiple times saying it. Will not be back.
