No chips available. Manager yells at the people seeking assist and no senior discounts available. Pretty rude service overall. No sauces in lobby and napkins seriously depleted. May as well have asked for a new kidney when requesting sauces. Slow service would be a blessing than this type!

I have been coming here for awhile and I have to give this 1 star because my orders are constantly messed up, the staff is very rude and never wants to br helpful, and to top the icing in the cake today I ordered one line then went to pick it up and pulled up and the workers said they were out of food. How can you run a restaurant anf be out of food? Do not go here take the trip to Springfield skip this nasty place

I doordashed Taco Bell and they took so long that I went through two dashers and still had to wait 35 minutes before anyone made my order. They are insanely slow and inefficient at putting out orders. Would not recommend if you’re in a time crunch OR if you want your order made right all special add ons are forgotten and there’s never any extra anything when you select and PAY for the option. 👎

Poor portions in food, won’t remake an order even if they mess it up. Expect to spend 15-20 minutes in the drive thru OR in the lobby. Will NOT take orders inside unless you use the kiosk, & very very terrible customer service. The staff is lazy & visibly don’t want to be there. By FAR the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too, & sad part is it’s the only one local & anticipate it shutting down sooner than later like the last local one, also due to terrible service & quality.

There isn't anything this place does right. Every single time the order is WRONG. 30min wait on a drink if that's all you order. Just close this place down already. This is as bad as it gets.... CONSISTENTLY!

This is honestly the worst drive thru I have ever been to. Went through the drive thru 2 weeks ago at 6pm and they informed me they closed early due to understaffing. Went there tonight at 9pm, 1 customer inside of the restaurant and the drive thru let me know they were only accepting online orders. We pulled into a parking spot, placed our order, pulled around to watch FIVE employees walk outside to smoke a cigarette, pulled up to the window to be told we had to wait another 10 minutes to drive back through to see if they could even pull our order up at that time.. At least 6 employees working and not a single person could take an order at the window not to mention the fact we had to park and wait even longer for majority to come back in after smoking to start making our order. Usually we go through and they forget something but this is absolutely ridiculous. I will never go back to this Taco Bell I'm not even sure how they can keep this place open. Whoever runs this place needs fired.

This location is understaffed. They do not have an indoor eating option and they would not allow us to pay for our food separately from one car.
