Just visited the Wendy’s in London. Only ordered 2 sandwiches bacon egg and cheese biscuits. After waiting an abnormally long time, neither one had bacon. The manager seemed to be the only one working because she was taking one order at a time. And she was eating when she took my money and eating when giving me my food. Very unprofessional. Well I tried to call when I got home and someone picked up the phone and then they hung up without saying anything. I’ve tried to call back but now no one is picking up. I will never go back!
Entirely too long to get an order I came in a Frosty and a cheeseburger is all I ordered I get an hour for lunch it took 30 minutes of my lunch to get that. Catering the online orders and doordash first. I'm standing there in front of them already paid.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. RUDE STAFF, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...DIRTY...WAIT TIME FOR DRIVE THROUGH (20 MINUTES), AND STILL COMPLETELY WRONG...DO NOT EAT HERE OR ODER ANY FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION...FELT VERY BELITTLING TO JUST MAKE AN ORDER, AND THEN HAVE IT BE WRONG..NEVER AGAIN
Worst experience ever. No clean tables and had to use the kiosk to place our order, then the employees were on their phones. NOBODY was there but 1 person at the drive thru and they had to pull up and wait for their food. I don't know why I go back because it seems like it gets worse everytime.
I have to say I have never experienced such a horrible service of food. From a Wendy’s ever in my life. Employee on there phone instead of taking orders. I waited 30 minutes for them to even answer the intercom. No answer so I pulled forward there was no one even ordering anything. So there should have been no wait. I received my food about an hour later cold fries and drink was trash .I warn everyone not to go to this Wendy’s! They are terrible. Also I never got a jr bacon cheese burger I received just a cheese burger

This morning I thought I would go to Wendy's for breakfast, big mistake, upon pulling in I noticed 4 vehicles parked awaiting their order, and about 4 cars in line, I went in thinking I would get faster service, people waiting inside as well. The people behind the counter all had ear buds in, paying absolutely no attention to customers. I changed my mind and went to Burger King, they had 2 people working and my order involved being made due to no cheese, I did not have to pull up, they completed my order without mistake, and in my way I went. Wendy's needs to review this store it is in dire need of attention, the children you place behind the counter are incompetent, lazy, and jonesing to be on their phone. Today was my last attempt at Wendy's.

I went through the drive through and even though no cars were behind me, the girl over the intercom was a bit pushy and seemed annoyed with me today. Sad face. Do better team.
