The person taking our order may have been new. They need to learn to communicate.

The fountain pop machine was not working, and I had to get back in line to have my cup filled at the counter.

Where do I start? They had black lettuce in my 8 dollar salad, they gave us a completely liquid frosty and the sandwhiches were ice cold. They didnt even give us a receipt so we can complain. It was all kids in there im not going to this location anymore. Please dont waste your time. Drive to the truck stop location!

If you say you are going give a receipt, do you know what you said you were going to do instead of having the customer go inside and get it. Having an attitude is not good customer service, just because you want a receipt.

Takes 30 minutes to get your food with three cars in the drive through. Made us park in a parking spot. He had to go back for the drinks. Then had to go back for ranch. And one of the cups had a crack in the side and leaked all over the place.

Waited in line 25 mins because the usual, "we are short staffed." Then they gave me wrong order. They just n need to shut it down and start over. I've called Wendy's Corp office with no return call!

9-28-24: pulled up to drive thru at roughly 8:52 p.m. with no cars in line. Sat there for at least 5-10 min with nobody coming over the speaker to take my order, at one point I checked the hours online to make sure that they were actually still open. Eventually someone rudely came over the speaker, ordered nuggets and a jr bacon for my son and also wanted to order a frosty but was told machine wasn't working. When I pulled up several employees standing around on their phones. I paid and just shortly after watched another employee make a frosty for a mobile order, machine clearly not broken! I would have canceled my order if I had not already paid, still the only person inline at this point and it took probably another 10-15 minutes to get my food. Absolutely terrible service !

This Wendy’s is so dirty. Your feet stick to the floor! The chicken nuggets were still cold in the middle .
I pointed a puddle out on the floor to a worker and she looked at it and said oh great and then no one did nothing about it. Maybe because it matched the melted ice cream on the floor a couple tables over.

The food is NEVER EVER fresh and they have some of the rudest workers i have ever met!! You would think they would fall over dead if they said “Hi how are you” “You’re welcome” or simply even just a smile. I worked in the food industry for YEARS, and I can’t imagine acting the way they all do towards customers. If you don’t like your job - please get a new one because it truly shows!

I know realize why I stopped going there, I tried to give it another chance today but NEVER again. I’d rather spend my money somewhere where i can actually get a fresh meal and deal with nice employees. I did contact cooperate to make them aware of the situations, and advise them to please look at all the awful reviews of others experiencing the same situations as myself.

Food was bad, chicken was hard and overcooked. Chili was half full. Tall kid at front counter had a ear bud in and messing with his phone instead of taking orders. Then he just throws the food on trays spilling fries everywhere. Seen a greasy looking guy walk by fry bun and reach in and grab some to eat with bare hands. Place was just dirty.

It's sad what fast food restaurants have become. Unfriendly people that seem to be miserable in having to do their jobs. The quality of the food depends on the time of the day and whether they are staffed adequately. Unreal. Hope things get better for this location.
