Can probably count on one hand the amount of times ive been here and gotten the correct order. To top it all off seeing an employee dig the wax outta her ear (bare handed) then touch food directly after. Yea ill never be back after that one

If I could give negative stars I would. We have stopped here twice in the last year either going to or coming from our son's house. The restrooms are disgusting, the food was cold, fries were grease soaked and soggy, counters and tables hadn't been cleaned, and the service was atrocious. We have marked this exit down as the wrong Wendy's to visit and will not be back.

This Wendy's is an absolute joke. If you are going to this place expecting to get 1 quick burger and 1 order of fries, DON'T STOP HERE! they will have you pull forward even when there is no one behind you and when you tell them to either give you a refund or let you wait at the window they will give you a refund because they have no pride in their service and they will not defend their status of being a fast food restaurant instead of a pull up and wait restaurant. Do not stop here If you want fast food or decent service from capable humans.

Asked for and egg & swiss croissant - they were out of Swiss and asked to substitute American cheese. Okay. However when I got the sandwich it was on a hamburger bun AND the egg was as hard as plastic. Totally unacceptable. I gagged on it. Literally.
