Stopped for a late lunch while traveling. They weren't super busy, but service was slow. Food wasn't hot, just warm, and every table but one was dirty. I asked for spray and a rag and wiped the open tables for them. Hope it helps. 🤪

This is one place close to where i work every time i go thru there not busy but always either screw the order up or they have to pull u up cause there always waiting on something the worker are rude this time i sat in line in the drive thru for 23 min with two cars in front of me when i pulled up and two cars in front of them absolutely pathetic

Poor Wendy's experience in the drive through. Ordered a chicken sandwich, big bacon classic and two frosty. They asked me to pull aside to wait on tortillas for the chicken wrap... but we ordered a sandwich. He replied we don't have a grilled chicken sandwich, just a wrap. (What???) He offered no solution, just wait for the wrap. Didn't give us our total. Was not courteous. We waited 9 minutes. Then I got my sandwich cold with no bacon ... I mean COLD, not just not very hot. Frosty was melting. I expect more from Wendy's. Someone should address this.

Well we ordered chili and it was only warm and our meat was cold also. Someone is going to get sick if you don't keep your food hot. Employees are lazy and don't care. Also the atmosphere is like they don't want to be there and they are not friendly at all. One of them was too busy looking at their phone instead of doing her job and making sure our food was hot.

This is the third time that I have come to the window and they’re saying they’re closed because their screens are not working, but yet I have made a mobile order and every time I told them that for some reason if they get my mobile order ready for everyone else trying to get food at this restaurant at this time it’s unfair . I am on break. I work for Amazon. And I depend on this restaurant

This by far was the worst Wendy's.I've ever been took them It took them extremely long to acknowledge That I was at the counter. Then after ordering it took them an extra long time to get my food because they kept wanting to talk about boyfriends and everything else. Then a girl out of nowhere comes around to the ice cream machine with sweatpants on. Looks like she hasn't had a bath in quite a while. I ended up throwing my food away. It was all cold.
