Food was great! I mainly went to Wendy's for their orange dreamsicle frosty lol. They're so delicious! I'm seriously addicted to them!! But I had to buy some French fries to go with the frosty of course :) can't have them any other way!! Those two items with forever be my go to when I choose Wendy's!

Wendy's is always a good choice for a quick meal. Their burgers are fresh and their Chili is awesome. This location has a dining room, but do not sit in the sun room unless you like it unbelievably hot.

Wendy's is a regular staple of our family. I decided to give this one a try on my return trip from Columbus. They informed the drive-through customers that they were unable to process cards and were only accepting cash. Proactive and polite!! It seemed that they were short-handed, and that may have been the reason for the lengthy time it took to receive my to-go order. The food was decent. I pray the lunch manager continues to find capable employees and improve service time.

Ordered online 15-20 minutes in advance. I expected Spicy chicken nuggets to be hot, crispy and fresh. They were soft, chewy & cold. They had plenty of time to do better... the burger was fine though!

Almost every element of bad experience. Had to pull up and wait for food. Gave me wrong bag at first. Drove away and realized no spoon or straw for frosty. And no napkins. How am I supposed to eat a frosty in the car with no spoon, straw, or napkins? Lastly, no receipt.

Never open on time and always closes early. The management is terrible. I’ve seen an employee wait an hour in the parking lot for the manager to show up in the mornings. I’ve also seen them close an hour early and everyone was just sitting in the dining room. Don’t plan on getting a mobile order here because they might not even be open when you arrive. On one visit, over an hour after they were supposed to open, I heard the employees over the drive thru speaker making fun of me for waiting for my order. Worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had, I wish I could give negative stars. Management should be fired!
