We visited this place after we were done hiking at Mohican. This place was fantastic. The pizza buffet was awesome and they had so many different pizzas. The kids loved the garlic bread. The burger they had looked good and she said it tasted good. The personal size pizza was just enough for kids. Glad we gave this place a try and we will be back for that buffet.

East of Chicago is a highly underrated franchise that deserves way more attention. This restaurant has a wonderful location in downtown Loudonville. The pizza is delicious and bread sticks are just as good. My wife loves their ham and cheese sub. The service was very considerate.

They had my name wrong, the pizza wrong, and insisted I had called the wrong number until I was able to hit redial on my phone. Worst experience ordering a pizza in years.

We ordered pizzas online. We went to pick it up and I paid for it there and I do not think they liked it because I did not leave a tip. I feel I do not have to leave a tip because I went and picked it up . the way they made me feel with that look. I feel I do not have to leave a tip for picking up my order.

I normally love this east of chicago but today I was early picking up my pizza I sat and waited and watched. Saw the kids making the pizza using their fingers picking out of the bins and eating as they were making the pizza. Also answering the phones and using the registers and continuing to make pizza without gloves or washing their hands. Very disappointed ?
