Balance Café & Smoothies

I had a surgery and my coworkers treated me with a gift card for this place. I have lived around this area for 20+ years and was not familiar with this place. My husband and I went for lunch and loved the options, healthy, fresh, great flavors. I went back home and ordered their meal prep for 8 meals for both of us (16 meals) and we loved each one of them. They tasted great, very balanced, great ratio of proteins, fat and carbs. An outstanding option if you can’t cook at home, are busy or just want to eat healthy. They offer salads, sandwich’s and smoothies in the store. You have to give it a try!

The staff was incredibly friendly, informative and patient. They were in no rush, they explained the menu, asked about dietary restrictions and allergies. Answered any questions we had for our first time visit. The environment is very welcoming and relaxing. The food we ordered ( breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwich, Caesar salad, and smoothies) were very good and brought out in a timely manner. I recommend dining here.

I had an excellent experience at this cafe! Kala was very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind as she told me all about the menu options and allowed me to create my own salad which was absolutely delicious :DWould recommend <3

I visited Balance today for the first time and likely will not return. The staff was professional maybe a bit standoffish but I’ll chalk that up to it being 8:30 am when I went it. I got the protein waffle and the blue banana smoothie, my fiancé got the breakfast sandwich with the same smoothie. We both when to our respective offices and dug into our meals. After about 10 minutes we both ended up tossing our food. The waffle was too dry and he said his sandwich just wasn’t too tasty. The smoothies were okay but very sweet (not a huge issue but it just wasn’t scrumptious like we hoped). All in all we’ve had worse food but we have definitely had way better food. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place to my family.

We love Balance Cafe! I ordered a few of the boxed lunches for a work event and my team loved the fresh quality ingredients. The cafe staff also went above and beyond to make this a great experience. Thank you for serving our community!

This is going to be to my new go to salad/smoothie place. I came in 15 min before they were going to close and the owner welcomed me in very warmly. She let me take my time and explained everything. I also appreciate her daughter washing the blender out for my allergies and i love that everything is basically customizable. Thank you very much Miss Tracy and Miss Kayla!

Lovely staff, great food. Very creative and always spot on with flavor. The quinoa Mac and cheese, outstanding, and thats just a side!

I use to love this place, but here recently the food has just been unpleasant (in my opinion) My lettuce looked like it was on its last leg just wilting away and my husbands salad was the same way too! I have been a regular here for quiet some time now but I don’t know what’s happened to this place anymore … sad

My boyfriend and I just wanted to go somewhere where there’s good, healthy food and Balance Café & Smoothies did not disappoint! You walk in and there is just an inviting atmosphere about the place. Bright colors, lots of greenery, and encouraging words on the walls. I had the steak tacos and The Blue Straw (smoothie) which was really good! My boyfriend tried the salmon salad and the Ghost burger. He said that his food was phenomenal. We had a few conversations with Tracy and really appreciated her welcoming us! Highly recommend coming here!

Even after all these years still the best place to eat/drink/work! The food is absolutely my favorite and highly recommend their meal prep options it's amazing! Also the smoothies are top notch and the best I've ever had! I also have to point out that the service and staff are absolutely the best! They go above and beyond for all their customers and it shows! They even made my Dog Kali fresh eggs , i mean c'mon that's AWESOME! You guys are the best and I'll always be here lol!

The only thing better than the food from Balance is the staff! These ladies are amazing. Each one is as friendly at the other. Love love love this place.

Delicious! I got a breakfast egg wrap and the chocolate covered strawberry smoothie, both were really delicious. Very reasonable prices & pretty plants on the inside of the store. The woman who took my order was very kind! They have gluten and dairy free options if you need them. I’ll be back again to try something new!
