My wife ordered a burnt Basque cheesecake for Christmas for me because I really wanted to try one and she didn’t want to bake it. It was phenomenal! Super creamy and delicious. The perfect sweetness level. Everything about it was the best! Thanks Ken!
Cheesecakes always have been my favorite cake. My Wife got me this for my 70th Birthday. It was totally AWESOME. After she told me she did a google search since we are new to the area. Highly recommend Ken. The cake actually got better after being in refrigerator the next day.
