I wish I looked at reviews, 8 pieces of chicken in bowl, never be back, will drive elsewhere, bowl would of fit in a large coffee cup, don't waste your money

Went to get our burritos like we normally do when we noticed a huge size difference in portions from this time to last.
They informed us management had told the line workers to make smaller burritos and portions for everyone.
I think this would be very reasonable if the price of our food was not on average $15 or more for a burrito and CONSTANTLY rising.

Do not go to this location. They will charge you two dollars for toppings that you are already paying for with your bowl. The manager had the audacity to try to charge me two dollars for salsa because I asked if she could put sour cream and medium salsa on the side because I don’t like when they get soggy in the bowl. The way the “manager” spoke to me was absolutely disgusting and to tell me to pay two dollars for a topping on a $11 bowl that I’m already paying for… No thank you. Would you like to charge me for cheese that you put on my bowl as well? Then she proceeded to walk away from me, trying to force me to pay for it. No honey, I am not paying two dollars for something that is a topping not a side. A joke!!!!!

rice is ice cold, it just tastes watery no real taste to the food at all, their water wasn’t working either so couldn’t even get a drink. I give this chipotle 0 booms. boom or doom? this is a doom. wouldn’t recommend. also saw cook picking his with gloves on, hopefully he changed them.

We have tried to go to this location 3 times and each time they are out of multiple ingredients early in the evening and refuse to restock or grill. Never had this happen at any other chipotle location. Love chipotle but will never go to this location again.

Paid $10 for not even half of a bowl. Ridiculous how expensive it is and how little they always give you. You’re better off going to currito, they cost the same amount and give you way more.
