The quality has taken a bit of a nose dive recently. The rice has been undercooked and crunchy too. We used to frequent this location out of convenience but after three chances, we will favor the Milford store.

The guy that you guys have running the cash register is always high as hell. I don't want to buy food from people that are on drugs. The counter is disgusting and I found hair in my food. You're better off going to the Taco Bell down the street.

The worst Chipotle. Ordered twice just in case the first time was just a bad day.Chicken has no flavor and is burnt, rice has way to much lime on it , chips have no lime salt, and guacamole is just a mashed avocado. Avoid this location.

Perfect blend of rubber or jerky youll ever pay for....Absolutely the most dried out food I've ever eaten..... chips taste like they were made a week ago hard and stale and the chicken I just received should be considered jerky I'm sorry I've gave this location as many chances as I possibly could...do yourself a favor, go through McDonald's don't spend $25 on 2 bowls just to have to go somewhere else, and don't complain because it won't matter!!the franchisee needs to evaluate this store desperately

The portion size here is laughable, even when paying for extra chicken (I think there was a whipping four pieces!). I complained to corporate and got a free entree, then cashed it in to even get an even smaller amount. This store is a joke, I'll drive 3x as far to Hot Head Burritos Milford from now on.

Switched to Loveland chipotle because the one in Milford was terrible, randomly closing and always out of food. Loveland was consistently better until about a month ago. We pay for double meat and we are lucky if we get a half a spoonful in the bowl. Usually get the ingredients right but definitely are not putting in double meat when it’s paid for and ordered online and bowls are half full. Going to have to try Hot heads again, chipotle already expensive as hell to not even get what you paid extra for, especially when you order double protein.
I have had the same guy try to roll my burrito two different visits and he can't do it. The first time I just asked for a bowl. This time I asked for him to re roll it and he said he it wouldn't help because of the moisture in the sofritas. I have been to many other Chipotle's that roll the burrito perfectly. The guy needs to be off the front line. He can't roll a burrito and has poor customer service. Visit 02/04/24 @ 5:15P.

I’ve ate a lot of chipotle in my time. This one is consistently a let down on food quality. Disappointed because it’s the closest one to me. Not going back anymore.

Do not frequent this store. The food is never ready on time and online orders are either wrong or cold. We took a chance and had our family Christmas catered through this store and were totally let down. We ordered the larger catering package over $200 and were set to pickup at 5:15. When we arrived at 5:14 and our name was given we were met with an employee exclaiming "Oh s$&t!" We then waited for another 15 minutes for our food. And were not offered anything for our inconvenience. The manager who was less than professional assured us she had added more food which based on our portions was not accurate. We then contacted corporate who only stated they were looking for new management and would contact via email regarding the results of their investigation. This particular store has habitually been the worst in my area and I wish it wasn't the most convenient to my home. Bad store too to bottom. Save yourself the trouble and go to Milford or Fields Ertel!

I get a double wrapped burrito. Double meat. compared to every other chipotle I have been to in this country every time consistency for years they put on a lot of rice and practically give you little to nothing else. you have to ask for more every time and even with more it still is hardly anything. Done going to this one. Go to Milford or mason!
