Why do you keep your drive-thru lights on till 8pm if you aren't serving customers past 7:30 pm? Was turned away while employee hung over the counter playing on her phone.

I don’t usually complain but it would be nice to get fresh donuts and day old. Every Friday morning we buy 2 dozens donuts and always more than 1/2 of them are not fresh.

I have went to this Dunkin’ Donuts, a couple times each time they have been extremely rude and rushing. I gave them grace because I work with people from different countries and understand different cultures, but today was the last straw. I went through the drive-through and the attendant told me that he could not hear me so I spoke up when I proceeded to speak up he started to yell at me, completely rude and short and then when I asked him to stop yelling at me, he told me I could just leave. I was taken back and this was the last experience I wanted to have before extremely busy day teaching the youth I encourage everyone in the Loveland area stop patronizing this business until they learn how to treat us

I really love dunking but I have tried to give this place so many chances. They rush me as soon as I get to the window and I don't even have a second to look. The way they speak to customers is like they don't care to help you. I have seem them with my eyes making food with no gloves on. I have never had a good experience with this dunkin.

This place continues to disappoint me. Why be a donut shop when you run out half way through the day. I miss the old days when they made them right there. Who ever orders there stock sucks at there job. My favorite donut is the double chocolate and it seems like that is the one they sell out of order more you would make more money.

It's Dunkin Donuts, so you know what you're getting with the donuts and the coffee. If you like Dunkin, you'll like it here!They always have plenty of selection, the service is friendly, efficient, and accurate.I stop in fairly often just for a black coffee, but I've never had a bad experience in three years.Two thumbs up.

This location will try to hand you 6 different orders before they hand you your order, EVERY morning. My orders are never made right, it’s like they strive to give me the opposite of what I want, order a bacon egg and cheese sourdough no egg, I get a sourdough sandwich with only egg no bacon no cheese, if i order cream and sugar in my coffees it’s always nonexistent. The one time I made a comment on how this was an EVERY morning thing I received 5 donut holes when I purchased 10.

Regardless of if you order through a 3 party app or in person, this Dunkin is not it. About 80 percent of time they are 'out' of basic donuts before 11 o'clock. In addition, ordering in person they don't listen and agree with you when you try to correct the problem (i.e. them adding an additional drink to your order and you noticing on your receipt. They then try to argue that you did in fact order that drink.) I love Dunkin, but I will be going to a different one going forward as this one clearly doesn't care about keeping the correct amount of product made. Usually when you continue to sell out of items before a certain time, you increase volume. That would be the appropriate response vs upsetting customers because you're out of the most basic items.
