Very fast fast food. Friendly staff. Coffee excellent. Had the sausage and egg on English muffin. Muffin was substantial, s but too big for the sandwich. Needed toasted more, a bit doughy texture.

Ordered a croissant and a iced matcha latte when everything was dead and they weren't busy. Both sides of the croissant were torn up like it got tossed around before being put in the bag and the matcha latte wasn't filled all the way and had coffee beans floating in it.

Very unprofessional , the cashier did not know how to use their own app and bluntly said i don't have the app on my phone , after figuring out how to use the app , she was not willing to help with the offers or promotions , the seniors in store also who were trying to use the app they got the same answer. Not much of customer service.Parking: very difficult to get into the drive threw , they have a enterance which leads to a blocked drive threw , and have to go all around the building to get to it very confusing

The manager is rude. Drinks are made incorrectly. They are slow. Crew members do not pay attetention to guests requests or entering information correctly. They play inappropriate music and have inappropriate conversation. Misty the gm has no control and is very rude.

Placed a mobile order, waited 20 min inside and went up to the counter to ask about my order as the only people being helped were the endless cars in the drive through. 2 more mobile orders came through after mine. People walked in and ordered in person and got their drinks before mine. Waited 30 min with still no drink, cancelled my order and left

This particular Dunkin was very busy on a Sunday morning. The drive thru was a long line so we opted to go in. Between the drive thru, online orders, and counter orders they did a great job of keeping orders moving. Our order was 100% correct hot and fresh.

Such a shame … so looking forward to revisiting after such awhile … renovations or not, the interior attitude and service sucks regardless of exterior work (maybe just in the evening?) kids running this place …. Rude , talking to their friends , unwilling to work in a timely manner. Waited way too long for them to stop chatting with friends, and receive the very few items I ordered (sandwhich and iced coffee)… sucks.
Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. The guy at the front desk was stoned out of his mind barely functioning and then to top it off, while he actually got the order correct the staff don’t read the order and gave me a bagel with nothing on it. Wonderful work keep it up.

Went for a late breakfast with my family. Got donuts to go. They were super yummy. The staff was friendly. The location was clean and quiet. Definitely seems like a great place to go a little later in the morning for some quiet time.Kid-friendliness: My kids absolutely love sprinkles. So I loved how they had a vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry frosted selection all with sprinkles. They were excited about that.

Great place to go grab a donut or a cup of coffee. Drive-thru is quick and easy. Employees are always friendly. And it's just an enjoyable place to go eat.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes this building was just built a couple years it should be fine for handicapped people.

This morning I went inside to get breakfast and use the restroom. Both restroom were out of order and when I went to get food they didn't have a drawer open inside and they asked me to use the drive thru. Really disappointing experience.
