Love the food, sometimes staff on take out orders don't understand what I'm saying, so order is wrong

This is my favorite place to eat, I have been disappointed in the food lately, I think they changed their taco meat recipe.. I wish they would change it back

We stopped in for dinner and was going to use a gift card only to be told it had expired. I guess they don't care it is against federal law to expire a gift card that does not carry a expiration date. It was less than a year old! Just wanted everyone to know, it is not a good ideal to buy their gift cards.

Best Chilli Relleno 🌶 I have had in years. Great authentic Mexican dining experience with great Spanish speaking staff. Fantastic outdoor patio and very comfortable seating inside. Excellent music playing making it seem even more authentic.

Took us forever standing inside, right in front of the door for them to bring us to our table. Over 30 minutes. And when we got seated they took over 30 more minutes to take our drink orders and then get them to the table. And longer for the straws. The only reason I use straws is if the cups look unsanitary at restaurants and I don’t want to touch my mouth to the outside of the cup. It then took 20 more or even more minutes to take our food orders. Then probably an hour more for our food to arrive, and not even all at once. They must not have enough people working here. And don’t want to hire more so they can have all the other workers suffer but the big owner can make more money. It’s like that everywhere, even in the small businesses. Money sucks. Capitalism sucks. Thank you for ruining my night and making me hate this country even more. And the lighting was terrible in there, way too dark. We had to use our flashlights to see the menu. There was no happy Mexican music playing either. It was eerily quiet and sad. I thought I was in the backrooms, in an alternate timeline where there was a bunch of extra suffering.

We sat outside which was lovely. The service was excellent. The real star was the food. Every single dish looked amazing and they all tasted great too. I've been on the hunt for good street tacos and they did not disappoint. 👏 Highly recommend.

It’s a classic neighborhood spot. The food is excellent if you’re into the American Mexican Aka queso, burrito barzon, really good rice and beans. My favorite thing that stands out here is the meat (any kind you choose) is cooked crispy and flavorful every time. I get my steaks well done at a steak house but I want my chicken, steak, and shrimp to be crispy and delicious and this place does just that. Especially with shrimp at many Mexican restaurants you’ll get soggy not crisp shrimp, I’d venture to say this place is top three when it comes to consistency and meat quality for a Mexican restaurant.
