Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Went there for the first time today. I got the Prime Rib Steakburger Combo. My husband got the Original Double Steakburger Combo. Both burgers were way too salty. Won't stop there again.

I used the drive through so not sure of atmosphere , but the food was fresh and delicious. I got the crispy chicken club and some fries. The wait was a little bit , but it was worth the wait .

I ordered food from here off DoorDash I got everything but my unsweet tea, my apple juice and the ranch I asked for. I also pressed no mustard on my burger but still was put on there still the mustard part could have been my fault. I did not realize I didn’t have my Apple juice till we were done eating so I can’t even get a refund for it. I am sick right now and don’t feel good to drive nor do I want to get anyone else sick so getting my order delivered wrong is upsetting. It was my first time trying Freddy’s too.

My god, another day another 30min of my lunch break wasted. Im done giving this place a chance. Seems like no amount of new management can fix this place.
Good food but my god they are so slow. Minimum 20+ minutes for drive-through. Today it took 25 minutes for my order. That's an entire lunch break for some people. I've had to leave the drive-through numerous times to make it back to work

Drive thru, order wasn't right, returned it, floor was sticky, tables were dirty, no other customers here, sad to see.

Had the brisket steak burger with onion rings and h2o, decent taste though find it over priced and as expected the picture that is enlarged to show details had more brisket and onions compared to the one made for me. Onion rings were soggy so that was disappointing. I was greeted when I walked in and asked the staff member how her day was going. I could only answer sorry to hear that as you could tell she was over stressed and etc. For the cost (16.00+, including tax) I will start finding more locally owned restaurants and reserve this place for tight schedules or traveling. The place could also be cleaned better in areas

I don't think it was the employees fault at all as it seemed as if they were understaffed. They all work very hard And we're very friendly But freddy's is freddy's and it was chaotic. I would still go back for sure. Kudos
