On a Tuesday at 6 pm there was one waitress for a half full restaurant. We asked about it and she said everyone was working the drive thru.
We waited almost 30 minutes for two slider baskets and two big boys. When they were done, they just sat under the heating lamp for another 15 minutes before they were finally brought over.
Food was alright once it finally arrived, although it was a bit dry due to the heating lamp.
