I would give 0 stars if I could. This Kroger usually only has one staffed lane open. Today they had three people working that lane while every self service lane was flashing. They all saw what was happening but tried to pretend they didn’t notice. When we approached the customer service desk, we were blown off with a , “we’ll get there when we can.I waited for 5-10 minutes to get help. I will now drive to the nicer Kroger which is 5 minutes further from my house as they have a much wider selection and much better customer service. The time I waste waiting at this Kroger for the staff who clearly doesn’t care, will be saved by driving to the other Kroger 5 minutes further.
Had a great shopping experience to come in and get a few things
Picked a good day when things were on sale opriced lower with digital coupons.
Never have cash registers open. And when you're at self checkout you're made to feel like a criminal. They are more expensive then other krogers. Self checkout cashiers are RUDE.
Is this the most expensive Kroger gas station in the city? Today it's 3.59 a gallon. Elsewhere it's as low as $3.19 on the same day. why Kroger?
Friendly staff
Nicely laid out, and the items we needed were easy to find. Also liked the smaller case for milk near the front, for those quick trips.
In the past month I have ordered party trays from the bakery and deli department well within the time frame needed. Today, I received a phone call stating the bakery department did not make my order, again. It’s frustrating because I was suppose to pick up order in a couple hours. I was offered an alternative, but the alternative had walnuts in it and we have an allergy. Very disappointed with the bakery. Will no longer order from there.
Dirty and outdated. I was going to do some shopping while I waited for my prescriptions. But there were no carts. So I decided to just wait for my prescriptions. The pharmacist was extremely rude. So now I’ve left with no prescriptions and no groceries. I no longer make my big shopping trips here due to only ever having one lane open. Now I will be making the farther drive to the other Loveland location or Harpers point for my small trips.
Great classic store layout. Small and easy access. Lots of great local touches. Friendly staff, helpful and smiling. Great selection for small layout.

The prices are horrendous, and the produce is not fresh and will go bad withing 2-3 days. Not shopping here anymore unless it is for basics. Shopping at Aldis from now on. However all the employees are wonderful, they deserve to get paid more, especially with how much they have raised their prices over the past couple of months, but hey more bonuses for the higher ups right?! No wonder they are always hiring....
They're always so helpful. Love them
Horrid customer service. Cashier was rude and didn’t acknowledge us. She was a shorter woman with what I think was a nose stud. She didn’t help her bagger bag groceries and even though our stuff was backed up from the bagger trying to go fast the cashier started a new order/customer and got our stuff mixed up and then tried giving the guy our stuff. Didn’t say anything not once to us. Also put a bunch of stuff not in bags and just in the cart
Staff are helpful and professional. Wish corporate would broaden this locations footprint. Due to limited space, many products aren't available here but it's still my go-to each week.
Using a different location. Krogers Technicians are incompetent. Thats the second time I went to receive prescriptions, and they somehow canceled my kids medication so now I have to wait even longer. Who ever the Brown Hair tech is you're a joke ,change professions
