Ordered takeout in advance for pickup. The Baked Buddy was done well but the Jo Jo salad came only with lettuce and nothing else. Missing was the dressing, bacon, cheese, tomato and croutons. We had to make a return trip and ask them to make it properly. Turns out their online order system does not give you a complete Jo Jo salad unless you pick every ingredient you want from the order site. This seems contrary to how it should work which would be if you order a specific kind of salad it comes with all the right ingredients in the recipe unless you tell them not to include certain ones. I mean if I order a specialty pizza it comes with everything included unless I tell them to hold some ingredients. A salad selection should work the same way. It was disappointing but the staff were friendly and got it corrected. I hope the IT guys can do the same for the app. Not a fan!

just got the worst pizza I have ever had - medium with pepperoni and extra cheese - 6 pieces of pepperoni and only cheese in it was halfway down in the middle not even normal coverage will not do this again

Ordered a steak Hoagy with mushroom sauce, onion cheese and pickles for pickup. Thought that maybe there wouldn’t be as much sauce because I used a coupon - it was delicious! Best Hoagy in town. Very friendly, too.

Quick with my order and they have take out option (drive-thru) or just go on in. Went in and the person at the front counter was friendly, helpful, and showed hustle.

The new cauliflower crust is very good. They somehow got it to rise like regular pizza crust. There are air pockets in it. It is soft and fluffy which is a nice change from the thin crispy cauliflower crusts others offer. I'll be ordering it again! #UseMyPictureLaRosas

The girl working the drive thru at the Goshen, Ohio location on April 15th between 4pm and 5pm was extremely rude and obviously didn't want to be there. I will not go back to this location anymore because of this reason. The food was good as always but the customer service was terrible.

Ordered on the app and picked up in the drive thru. They're the only place that I've found with cauliflower crust. I indulge when I'm really missing pizza. Great food and ready when the app said it was.

Ordered a large half original deluxe and half green pepper onion and mushroom and steak Hoagy and garlic fries. Ticket was correct but pizza was made all wrong and the slices were cut in squares and way to big and everything was cold!! The people making the food need to pay more attention to the ticket and there are no excuses for cold food.
