Do I enjoy the flavor of a certain popular chain better than Biggby's coffee? Yes. Do I come to this Biggby anyway? Also yes. I haven't fully figured out yet how to get a drink that tastes good and doesn't give me jitters or sugar headaches (their cold brew is amazing but the caffeine content is so high), but Biggby has won me over with their attitude and approach to business. This particular location has a few baristas that I enjoy talking to every time I come in, and the trivia of the day is such a smart, nice touch to make the cafe feel more personal. I love that even though Biggby is technically a chain, they manage to still feel like a local, small business. And I'm sure I'll find a go-to drink soon. Highly recommend Biggby.

So I’m fairly new to the area I went by this location I’m just gonna say how great the customer service skill were here Faith was awesome I’ve never felt so welcomed in a coffee shop before so helpful very knowledgable about the menu I’ll never forget this young lady and this is why I love Biggby . You would have thought she owned the place she was so proud and overall great personality

Few coffee shops have lavender as an option for iced tea. I'll be back just for that. Good options.
Biggby has a drink or snack for everyone! The menu variety, cozy and cute environment, and sweet family-owned feel makes it my favorite coffee shop in the area.Parking: Easily accessible. Many parking spots right in front.

Great selection of coffees and yummy food. My daughters and I really enjoy our coffee dates and this spot is clean and welcoming. We really appreciate the attention to detail in the coffee they serve, the quality and taste are top notch.Vegetarian options: The vegan sausage bagel was very good and a nice option for a quick takeout item.

I love this store but was bought a Christmas bag and I am very disappointed! They didn't even check to make sure the bags were made right! 20+ $ for a cheap cup a free drink card and an ordiment.
