I'll start by saying that I really like their pizza but would give them 0 stars if I could. I placed an order online in advance on Thursday (3/21) for my daughter's FIRST birthday party on Saturday at 11:30am (3/23).Come Saturday, they charge my card, the website says it's being prepared, so we were feeling pretty good. We waited patiently till 12pm, but we have a house full of hungry children but still no pizza. I called several times, no answers. I finally figured they were busy and went to the store to just pick it up. The store was CLOSED. It even says on their window that they were open on Saturdays. I understand sometimes these things happen, but I think the worst part is that they didn't send an email, leave a voice-mail or a text message...leave a freaking note on your store front...nope...just left us a nasty surprise. They were certainly happy enough to charge my credit card, but didn't have the decency to even leave me a message about them not being open.My family and I discovered Marcos when we moved to cincinnati and they've been our go-to since then and we've been telling all our friends the same. But this is certainly the type of mistake that'll have us running in the opposite direction in the future. You will certainly find me advocating against Marcos in the future, and you couldn't pay me to eat another slice of their pizza. I would love to see Marcos pull this trick a few more times on other families and see how fast they go out of business.Mistakes happen, at least have the decency to give enough notice so that we can adjust our plans. I’m not one to review places, but this place has a serious grease problem. I remember years ago I couldn’t go to this store because the pure amount of grease would make my family sick. Well, tonight i’m working a shift and I decide, hell ill give it a shot, it’s been such a long time. I get my pizza and it is literally sitting in a POOL of grease. It’s seeping through the cardboard and has gotten onto everything it’s touched thus far. I paid money just to have my appetite taken away by just how greasy the bottom of the pizza was. The pizza would be perfectly fine if the bottom of it wasn’t SOPPING WET. I literally lined the bottom with paper towels to try to salvage any semblance of appetizing pizza left.

Ordered a half and half pizza for the kids to share. Picture of it attached. I mentioned it to the delivery driver and he stood on my porch giggling. I called the restaurant and the 15 year old sounding “manager” was rude. Told me repeatedly they did it perfectly but the oven “shrunk” one side of the pizza.I offered to send him a picture but he refused. I wasn’t even mad until that phone call, but this kid just didn’t care and acted like I was a jerk for calling.Just moved into the area. We will NOT be back.

**DO NOT GO HERE** Worst experience, horrible service, and disgusting pizza!My husband ordered a Steak and Cheese Hoagie and got home to find that the hoagie only had mushrooms on it! Umm where is the steak????Spoke to INDIGO on the phone who basically called us a LIAR because she knew exactly what she heard. Stating that we didn't ask for steak on our steak hoagie. Still confused on this one! We ordered a steak hoagie!Then.....our other order was ONE pizza with half bacon and half pepperoni and somehow we got charged for TWO pizzas because INDIGO insisted that she heard - One with 1/2 pep and 1/2 bacon and another with just pepperoni. We only wanted ONE pizza!! but again INDIGO insisted that we ordered TWO. (She probably knew we only had two adults and one child to feed!)So, we drive home to find the pizza unedible because it was sopped in grease and the crust was so mushy from all the excessive oils that was being soaked up. After discovering all this, we called immediately. I was told I could get a $10 credit or come back and have her remake my order. At this time, i dont want the $10 credit, I didn't want her to try again to remake my food, i just wanted to return my order and get a complete refund minus the 1 hoagie which was able to be ate. I cant see paying $40 for food that's going into the trash and still be hungry! She sure was good at causing unnecessary stress and arguing when she should be focused on listening better and learn how to make food! At this time I don't want the credit, I don't want the nasty food, I want a refund after INDIGOs horrible service!UPDATE:Reached out to owner via Facebook messager and Marcos site and still have not heard back from them. I still have the pizzas that need refunded!!!!!!!!!

Called in a pick up order and the order taker “Indigo” initially tried to charge me full price for two sale items, until I specified that they are on sale. When I returned home, she did not honor the sale for boneless wings. Instead of just giving me the additional 4 wings as I ordered, she became combative and refused to give me information to speak with a district manager or the owner. She was completely uninterested in finding a resolution and just wanted to nickel and dime me. I even offered to return the wings (completely uneaten) and she stated she would not issue a refund.I have been a repeat customer for YEARS and this Marcos has lost my business over 4 boneless wings and a trashy attitude from their manager.Service here is laughable.Edit:Unfortunately, the owner seems to share the same lack of concern for their customers. I reached out twice as requested to zero response, as well as left two messages at the corporate line.

I have been getting my pizza every week from this place for more than 10 years However the service has gone from bad to WORST. I placed an order for delivery. They offered I will have it in 50 min. After waiting for 90 minutes I called the place and the manager informed that she didn’t know when they will be able to deliver the order. This is the last time I’m ordering from this place.
Do not order from Marco's Pizza in Landen, Ohio. We ordered a 2 pizzas online at 6:12pm and was told it would be 30 minutes. They offer Track your order which was working perfectly fine up until the point when it said in the oven at 6:24pm. Around 6:45 Order tracker failed and I never heard anything about my pizza. I tried calling them from 7:15pm until 7:45 and no one answered the phone, I was continually put on hold. We figured at 7:45 we were not getting are pizza so ate eggs for dinner. Finally at 8:10 (2 hours later) we were delivered 2 stone cold pizzas with no explanation, no apology. When my husband asked what was going on, he was told matter of factly that she was the only delivery person. Doesn't explain nobody answering the phone, that we were given a 30 minute delivery window or no regard for the customer at all.
