Past 2pm this Mcdonalds always messes up the order & is slow as hell they will make you pull up to wait and forget to bring out your order & it's only gotten worse since they started hiring 14&15 year old. Cold/unsalted fries, old nasty pies ect. I've started to go to the one that is further away from me since with how long this one takes it is the same amount of time overall & Fields Ertel doesn't mess up like this.

Hit or miss. We've been to this location a couple times and the service and food is either really good or not great. Last time it was very fast and cooked perfectly. Today it was slow and the English muffins were soggy and not fully toasted.

Absolutely horrible nighttime management who refuses to accept responsibility for things being packed wrong and made wrong. Was missing a small fry and we got grape jelly, hotcake syrup and picante sauce instead of our happy meal toys. Was told by nighttime management the dasher must have done it. Was argumentative at the start of the call. (Updated) The GM Ashley is awesome and rectified the situation while being calm and understanding.

Staff was so rude when I ordered. I haven't heard someone ever be that rude when ordering. He was so disrespectful. It was 10 mins before closing but I didn't deserve to be talked to that way. The older man at the second window was very nice. Once again the smoothie machine wasn't working.

Staff was EXTREMELY rude over the speaker and flat out disrespectful when I ordered. I could hear the people in the kitchen complaining over the headset telling me to “go home” horrible service, and I’m disappointed.

Whatever middle aged man was working tonight December 9th needs to find a new job seriously. If you’re annoyed because you’re the only one working so you take it out on customers again find a new job. I have literally never dealt with such an asswipe of an employee between the young kids who act stupid and don’t do their job and then old men who hate their job because they’re stuck being alone. Do better.
I mean it’s McDonald’s… there isn’t much to share food related. That being said, we can all agree service varies widely per location and this location has consistently given amazing service. They are pretty fast but always friendly and incredibly attentive. We always have special ordered items and I have yet to have them miss on accuracy. This is one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while.

I've been to a lot of McDonald's in my time, some good, some bad. This one is without a doubt, the worst I've ever been to. The fish sandwich I'd be willing to bet was made last week. DON'T GO HERE!!! You'd be better off throwing your money out the window. If you choose to, don't say you weren't warned.
