We visited Playa Bowl in Montgomeryville today and the staff were very rude. My daughter who frequents the store asked about the portions in her bowl which appeared to be less than usual. The girl responded by saying “I can see it in there” and dismissed our concerns. She was very rude in her response to us, the customers. I would not recommend this location!

I gave been to playa bowl over 10 times and my experience today was not good. The staff today was not very welcoming. If the owners were there today when I went they sure were not friendly. I told the cashier no coconuts and they put some in, then she says you want a lid and I said well yea, it’s to go. She didn’t even put them in a bag. I always buy the Nutella one and I always buy 2. All the other times I had no problems great staff and friendly.

Look for a fruit salad, mango, strawberry, drinks, this is the place. The fruits are fresh and when you enter the place it is like you are teleported from one place to another. When you enter, everything is beach and sun. I have visited 3 different locations in New Jersey and the service is good and fast when you pick up your order. 🥥🥝🍉🍓🍎🍉🍉🫐🥭🥤🧉

I've been to several Playa Bowls locations in Columbus and Dayton, and I'm a pretty big fan. I'm thrilled they finally made their way to the Cincinnati area. I came to this location a couple of times and tried some seasonals. The gingerbread smoothie was a 10 out of 10 -- flavors and spices came through very strongly and it was a good amount of sweetness without being overwhelming. The coconut avalanche bowl was pretty close to perfect for me, too. This was my first time trying the coconut base; I've been a skeptic, but it far exceeded my expectations and might be one of my new favorites! This location is on par with the excellence of other locations... maybe even a little better. It's a smaller space, but has the same upbeat vibe, outlets and WiFi, and could maybe seat 20 people inside. Ordering ahead through the app is very convenient and rewarding.

Got the Tide bowl, which is a banana base. Very yummy! Inside is a little loud and overstimulating because of the blenders, but it’s a nice spot to go outside when the weather is nice or to take to go.

I am so happy that Playa Bowls made its way to Loveland! The food is delicious and fresh, and the atmosphere is wonderful. You feel like you are beach side in Jersey which will be great in the winter!

I love playa bowls a lot! i was disappointed at the Loveland location, my first time there. in my bowl there were two stands of hair and i leave in blue ash area driving back to make this complain is not worth it. so please ladies use a hair net if you are dealing with what people eat. thanks
