Ramsey's has potential but mind the spelling as it isRamsey's not Ramsay's and definitely not associated with chef Gordon Ramsay. The atmosphere is decent but the food is on the level of poorly prepared hospital or nursing home food. To say Ramsey's food is disappointing is a major understatement. There is no doubt in our minds after eating there, Ramsey's is serving institutionally prepared precooked food. Chicken with the fake grill marks was served, it was over microwaved and unbelievably dry. Brussel sprouts were mush and totally disgusting. My guest had the chicken tacos, between the dry, fake chicken and microwaved tortillas we're lucky we didn't choke. I might go back for a beer but not anytime soon for fear of having flashbacks of the incredibly poor experience. Hope changes are made to improve the food and the service. The server was aware but made zero effort to improve our experience. Indicated he did inform the manager... okay should we say thanks!? LoL

Great location and atmosphere! We went for a nice lunch in an establishment with vegan/plant based options. We had the Fajita Grain Bowl and the Avocado Quinoa Salad. The salads were good, but when you have parts of the salad removed, what can they be replaced with to keep the nutrition and value. You have to remove the cheese and sour cream, so what about adding something that is plant based. Always a question we have for the servers. In most situations, the server will say they have to charge to add anything. Why?Vegetarian options: See above experience!

Atmosphere, service, food, and drinks are great. Cool place to sit and people watch. The food is good but the one thing on the menu that I’ve had that needs to be fixed is the chili. It tastes like it came from a can. They need a new recipe or it should come off the menu. Everything else is awesome. Service is top notch!

I was pleasantly surprised. There are all kinds of options, including veggie. My only complaint: how do you pick, when everything sounds fantastic? Everything we did try was wonderful, salads, a wrap and a veggie burger. Everybody was happy. (There were 4 of us.)

I had a hankering for a great burger. My son in law raved about the sirloin burger, and I had to have one. I brought my family here for my 64th birthday dinner. We all enjoyed appetizers, a great dinner and some dessert. The doughnut dessert with ice cream was a big hit with the grandkids, but was a bit too sweet for me. With the burger, I was able to pick my preferred toppings and there were many choices to mix and match. In all we were all very satisfied. We left full, satisfied, and it didn’t break our budget. Come and enjoy. Service was friendly and the meals were served very promptly. I was impressed with how timely the plates were delivered.Kid-friendliness: Very nice children’s menu. They supply crayons and a coloring place mat for anyone that wants to participate.

I wish I could tell you how the food is, but I never received my food. I never received my food because they failed to put my order into the computer. This, on top of the health code violations that I saw, made me walk out before I received my food - but not before I had spent forty minutes in the restaurant.Servers and bartenders handling cash money and then immediately using drinking glasses to scoop ice, rather than using an ice scooper. That’s fine, I’ll ask for no ice with my drink. They do take my order, and then twenty minutes later tell me that my order “disappeared from their screen” and can I please reorder and it’ll be out literally in just one minute. No, it won’t be. And I know it won’t be because I waited another ten minutes before deciding I’m just gonna go somewhere that can handle their business. Y’all can enjoy my burger, because lord knows I sure as heck won’t.I walked in with a smile on my face, knowing that you were incredibly busy and were working as hard as you could to take care of your business. Now, I am leaving with a scowl - and still hungry, mind you - because of your inability to handle your business. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement; Google will not allow me to type the appropriate words to describe my experience. I’ll just go to McDonald’s I guess.

Nice setting and was very cozy for a dreary, drizzly, cold day. They have a relatively eclectic menu. We went for a simple light lunch while in town. The house salad portion was very large and while good, needed something to boost it above average, make it distinctive. Not sure what. They do BYOB sandwiches which is appreciated. The pot stickers are fried, like eggrolls. Wish I had known that; the menu does mention it. The dipping sauce tends to hide the flavor rather than enhance. A little heavy. Good beer selection and better than most Bloody Mary.

This place was wonderful. Went after a trip to the pumpkin patch with a group of 5 adults, 2 kids, and 2 babies. Other than it being a tight fit, this place was incredible. Fast service. Food came out so fast that my appetizer got comped (not by request, the waiter just did it) for coming out after our meals. 3 of us got the steak burger and all three were cooked to the perfect Temps we requested. And those loaded tots could be a staple in my diet if I lived closer.Fantastic, will absolutely visit again!
