Erica catered a birthday party for me and not only did the cake look amazing, but it tasted amazing!! The flower cupcakes looked too beautiful to eat and the cake was so moist and flavorful. I would recommend her to anyone for their bakery needs.

I pick up a seven cupcake bouquet and also a three cupcake purse like container for Mother’s Day. They looked like a piece of art and tasted delicious. She gave a cookies and brownies as an extra treat. Brownies were wonderful and cookies were just right not too sweet. She has won awards for her cakes and I wouldn’t hesitate to you use her for any event you might be arranging. Such a kind soul. I can wait to see what next she makes. Hoping she does some pop up events so more people can see what she is capable of making that tastes so very good.

Erica crafted the perfect cake for our granddaughter’s birthday. I gave her an idea of what we wanted, and she used her wonderful talent to construct the perfect cake. Ours was vanilla cake with strawberry filling. Sooo yummy! Erica was very professional. Communication with her on pricing and timing was easy and precise. Highly recommend!
