Whoever does inventory here is really disappointing. Every time I visit this location they are out of almost anything I want. And it every visit is this way. Welcome to the Starbucks that doesnât sell anything!

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered a caramel macchiato, no foam. There was no caramel or very VERY little in the drink. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at Starbucks in 3 different locations. Hire people who can listen and follow your recipes. When I buy a brand I expect that same brand to be consistent every time I buy the product. Remediation is important.

Starbucks should really consider their daily loyal customers when creating promotions that pertain to a free holiday cup, and such. Most of us who go to Starbucks every day purchase the same drink we are mostly not interested in any of the promotional drinks or holiday flavors. I find that it is unreasonable and honestly quite disrespectful of Starbucks to only offer their holiday giveaways to customers that purchase holiday flavored drinks. You certainly should consider your daily customers when creating these promotions. A lot of us are basic people, but we have a routine my routine will now be changing as I have many options in the morning, and I will be Spending my money purposefully at a different coffee shop this month. *it is more than just a silly cup.

Second time in a week I walked out for poor service. Try the drive-thru or order online maybe, because apparently walk-in customers are low priority. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Wonât be back. Please be inclusive with people with allergies. Thereâs no reason a kid with an egg allergy should be refused a fun drink (I told christine numerous times my daughter is ok with shared facilities warnings). She demonstrated no awareness of food allergies. Starbucks Loveland simply says âwe donât advise people with allergies to eat hereâ to avoid accommodating people. How easy is that. Thank goodness other restaurants donât do this. Other Starbucks locations have gone out of their way to make her a drink in a safe manner. If she had a dairy allergy I would understand but itâs egg, and I know which items contain egg. It shouldnât be difficult to accommodate us. I left my number for the GM to call me back but the girl at the drive through window said âhe probably wonât call you backâ.

They took 10 mins to give me Pike place short.Even there was my coffee just below the coffee machine, the workers didnât put the coffee on the table to grab.I donât think it would be so hard to just give me pike place short right away.I was even standing at the desk for few minutes to ask where my coffee is and no one was even looking at me so I should have called for the help.Iâve never experienced this kind of service at the Starbucks.

Today I was excited to start my day freshly with this starbucks. I was expecting the usual, casual time enjoying my warm-freshly plump breakfast sandwich; with NO EGG. Soon to find out, as i stuck my strong teeth through these layers, i taste the most disgusting, body cripplingâ finger twisting, toe locking taste i have ever tasted in my life. They put egg in my sandwich. I was livid! My body started going numb, and my face twitching. I was so angry. I love this starbucks, but they need to be better. Not to mention, the wrapper was so hard to get offâ i waisted ten minutes of my day to get egg on my sandwich. #Anti-Egg. #Allergic
