Consistently takes much longer than your average starbucks

Went in for food and drinks as photo shows. The food was heated in the microwave, then handed to me. The drinks were never received. I had to ask about the order over 30 minutes later. Never received the drinks. The wife and kids are still waiting in the car. I decided to get my refund and leave the cold food. Management problem at this location. Will never return.Wendy's saved the day! Thanks, Wendy's!

Worst experience ever! Placed order for 1 sandwich and 2 coffee. Waited 45 minutes sandwich received and was cold. Continued waiting for coffees and they were skipped over. Gave them back the sandwich and got a refund. Wost place ever!

The girl in the drive thru always sweet, she reminds me of someone but i just can't figure out who. Lol!Dietary restrictions: They offer oat milk, almond milk and sugar free flavorings.

So im updating my review from 6 yrs ago... I have been getting a starbucks refresher made with water for months now, and it has been AMAZING;however, today, they dropped the ball ??‍♀️. My refresher tastes like water and very light in color, and my cheese Danish tasted like it was pulled from the freezer ?. I do love this location, but today, they were a bit off. Maybe tomorrow will be a better morning ?

This Starbucks is very conveniently located close to 275. Coffee is always good at Starbucks and the bacon Gouda sandwich is delish anytime! Staff here was friendly and service was quick. Of course, my dog loved the pup cup- love when she can get a treat too!!

Please fix your drive thru speaker so that customers can actually hear what the barista is saying so that I don’t pay $6 for one pump on vanilla in my venti latte instead of the 5 it’s supposed to get.

Store indicated that they would not exchange a $20 bill into 2 $10 despite having the cash available. I called starbucks customer service and they indicated that this is not corporate strategy or policy, but some stores have their own practices. This is the reason for my 1 star review, as other stores have done it, and the way it was done was by the clerk looking at the manager, and the manager looking at me, then her shaking her head, and then the younger barista saying they could not do it. I wonder why they had to look at me first before making the decision, but I already have some bias as to why!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a certain sandwich and was given 1 that wasn’t even close. I do not live in Loveland, I live an hour/45 min away. I didn’t realize the sandwich was wrong , due to it being really hot and letting it cook down, until I had already driven 30 min away. I explained all this to the lady that answered the phone and all she said was we cannot give you a refund, which I didn’t ask for, so just come in today or tomorrow and we will remake it. That would be great if I lived closer. So I just lost $7 and didn’t even receive an apology. This is also the 2nd time this has happened at 2 different Starbucks.
