Worst Starbucks; they don’t train their staff adequately and I saw a girl being openly yelled at to the point of tears?! Very unprofessional and does not reflect Starbucks as a whole. Drinks are so inconsistent, I don’t even understand how this isn’t just a “proudly serving” location.

After waiting 8 minutes while a server cleaned the garbage, the barista first did not want to offer a birthday free drink. Then she kept on accusing me of getting it at another location. Just rude and churlish behavior from poorly trained staff. Disappointing experience not usually representative of other Starbucks locations. Seems like a couple of recent reviews have noticed the decline.

Sat there and waited while three people stood around and did very little. Guy working the cashier had no idea how to multitask and could only do one thing at a time. Then decided maybe he should change the rubbish instead of serving me even though I'd been waiting there for a good eight minutes. Only after the line began to get really long did another girl come up and take my order..... Even though she'd been just sitting around Looking at me standing there comma while her other coworker made the drink for the person in front of me. How do these people have jobs?

These girls (one name jenna) were busy talking to each other the entire time. Didn't pay attention to my drink order. Gave Me a gross drink. I specifically asked for no Carmel or vanilla but because they are busy talking about how their Manger quit today I paid $6 for a disgusting mess of a drink.

I always get fast service here and the baristas are always pleasant and will chat with you a bit if they're not busy.
