We had a great lunch at Subway this afternoon! The food tasted fresh and the service was very friendly, welcoming us when we walked in, etc.

We went on a Friday night at 6 pm and they were closed - no sign posted on the door explaining why either. Very frustrating!

This place is dirty, there are gnats on the meat and dead in the metal containers they are kept in, and bugs flying around inside the cookie container. Someone needs to seriously check that place out. Yuck!

I almost never go to Subway. I typically go to Jersey Mikes or Jimmy Johns. Today I was reminded why. I walk in shortly after 12PM. There is only 1 lady sitting by the window and a man behind the counter. He wasn't friendly, didn't smile, I'm not even sure if I was greeted. As I'm going down the line telling him what I want the lady was complaining that the soda machine didn't taste right and something was wrong. She mentioned it several times and he just kind of ignored her. We get down to the end of the line and I go ahead and order a fountain drink. I go over and taste just about every carbonated option. Sure enough it was like you were drinking straight carbonated water, but it was still colored like the soda. So I tell him she's right something isn't right and ask if I can get a bottled drink instead. He tells me no. So I proceed to give the fountain drink a couple more tastes and then tell him I can't drink this. I'd like my money back because I'm not spending $3.09 on a pop and having it taste like this. He then tells me to go ahead and get a bottle, but next time he won't do that. He proceeds to tell me that I wouldn't have said anything if it wasn't for that woman complaining and that he's got some guy that comes in every two weeks that checks it. We go back and forth a little bit and I reiterate that the lady isn't just making it up and it doesn't taste right and walk out. I know exactly what is going on here, clearly he (the owner) is limiting the syrup to carbonated water ratio to increase that profit even more. He's got just enough so the color is there, but the taste isn't even remotely close to what it should be. For the most part the food wasn't bad. The bread was clearly a little old as the top and outside was crusting and falling a part. As pointed out in another review the meat did look extremely thin. Another menu item that can easily be manipulated and cut thinner than what is standard to pocket more money. Paying over $16 for a sandwich, chips and a drink for lunch is kind of crazy to have this poor of quality, quantity, and service. Couple other things; if you're wrapping up someone's sandwich and need to cough, walk away, cough and then wash your hands. Also, instead of arguing with the customers maybe acknowledge that they could be right and you'll look into it instead of telling them they're wrong. The Jay Patel review is clearly the owner and been reported as fake.

Wow, I'll start with the food, sandwiches had barely any meat and the bread was hard and my wife's bread was stale. I understand you have to make a profit but more than 2 thin slices of meat! The one worker must have been either brand new or was just helping out, had no clue what he was doing and the man in charge carried a spoon with marinara sauce over 6 ft to the sandwich! No interaction at all, had to force a smile out of the manager. Will not be back, place was dirty and the food was not fresh

This Subway is always clean, friendly, and serves great food. I’ve seen false claims about Subway not having fresh food, but here it’s the opposite — crisp veggies, quality meats, and bread baked fresh in-store every day — you can smell it the moment you walk in! You can taste the freshness in every bite!

When we walked in the lady was on her phone trying to make the last sandwich. We didn't even get a hello. We were the only people in there as well.
The sandwiches were not the best. Over toasted and dry. We usually get really great food and service.

Younger guy with glasses and shaggy black hair has no manners or customer service skills. Incredibly unwelcoming and off-putting. Additionally, only about half the toppings were available and the ones that were didn't look particularly fresh. Bread was tough. Ended up tossing nearly the whole sandwich. I will go to literally any other location before I return to this store.

Since the new owner has taken over, it's the cleanest and most polite Subway I have ever been in! The food is fresh and tastes amazing!! They are doing a fantastic job!! Such an incredible turnaround from before. Thank you!!

Horrible. I placed a DoorDash order and they had to lie and say I picked up my order so I called and a person who got on the phone couldn’t even speak English !!!!! Please change the people there!!!!!! Please I hate going there now
