The Night Shift manager and employee is rude. They do not acknowledge the customers when you walk in. They are cussing while they’re having their own conversation. I placed an online order and it happened to be wrong. I did go back in and politely ask them to remake the sandwich, she said “I’ll try”and scraped everything off and handed it back.

The manager refused to put a sauce on my sandwich because it wasn't the sauce that was on the menu and I thought the customer was always right so I got my sandwich without the sauce I wanted while I stood there in amazement

Lazy, rude, unsanitary employees. I am not sure if the owners realizes who is working for them but they are crappy employees that go out of their way to be rude. They are trashing your business and the Subway brand. I will not be eating here again.
I am business owner also
I would recommend cleaning house and training an entirely new staff. Just disgusting, miserable looking people.

I used to work at Subway so I am a snob when I come in. The 2 young people that served me and my toddler today were awesome. I haven't
been to a decent subway in a while, so it was refreshing to know that there's at least one decent one left. The nice girl with the purple hair (I didn't catch her name) helped me and gave me great recommendations for my picky toddler and was super accommodating. The store also looked super clean. 10/10

3 employees 1 worker… We ordered 1 sandwich and 3 of the footlong sidekicks. No joke it took the 1 guy working 15 minutes to make them. There were 2 other workers in there literally vaping and coughing on the bread and just sitting there watching the guy struggling to make our order

My experience at this establishment was AWFUL. It is very rare that I file a complaint with corporate, but in this case, it was an easy decision. I’m not even sure where to start. I ordered through my mobile app. One sub, and a very simple order. When I arrived I walked in to find a young lady sitting legs crossed on the back counter with AirPods in. I tried a few times to get her attention with no luck. She never looked up. Finally a young man walked out of back and helped me retrieve my sandwich. She NEVER looked up from her book. Furthermore, my sandwich was pitiful. There was almost no meat on the sandwich and the bacon was incredibly undercooked. Pics are attached. Probably wouldn’t come back here under any circumstances; and I suggest that you do not either.
