Food is Taco Bell, but...come on. When you ask for 'lots of hot sauce' and get 2 packs of something green..and that's it, that's just not paying attention. Do love the Bean Burrito and cantina chicken taco.

Just stopped by at 11:43 today went in and looked like this site was closed. 3 other customers were looking for employees as they were sitting in the back office talking. Everyone left as a customer spoke up and asked the employees if they were open. All customers walked out and I will never come back.

I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional, rude, terrible employees until we came here. We drove through, the lady was completely rude. Checked our food and our French fries were cold and not many in the container. My husband went inside to ask them to remake it. I checked the rest of the food and the quesadillas weren’t cooked or even close to it. My husband asked them to remake it all since it was absolutely terrible and one girl refused to make it at first. The other guy started to back talk my husband, threaten him, and “wanted to square up”. Good luck with ever getting your order right or good and service if you go here. If I could give 0 stars they deserve it!
Burritos were big. Couldn't eat the whole order. Definitely worth the money that day!!!

Sat there for 15 minutes in the drive through just to be told "your order mustve gotten pushed back. Can you wait by the front?" Only to make me wait another 15 minutes. I ordered two things. Absurd.

if i could give 0 stars i would. the most disappointing experience i have ever had at any taco bell. food was cold and not even worth eating. employees were rude and wouldn’t even look me in the eye. very upsetting. the baja blast gelato is not worth it :(((
Hit or miss on service, food quality, and time. Dining room is clean. Some staff is rude, but mostly checks out. My last order was great, the time before that my guac was brown and the burrito wasn't fully done. I go back though.
I guess I was the brunt of a joke tonight lol. I ordered a cheese quesadilla only and pulled to the window. The guy said he was just joking because I guess he was doing a funny voice at the speaker, whatever I said it didn’t phase me because living in Cincinnati you’d think it’s just normal and not think twice. I thought it was funny he did it and I didn’t even realize. Then as they handed me my food they said be careful, very hot and dripping with cheese I said thank you and drove home. Must’ve been another joke or maybe he was mad I didn’t get his joke in the first place because they gave me a cold quesadilla, with barely any cheese and no sauce on it lol. Honestly after the joke of a 2nd shift I had at the hospital this was sadly the only place open and I was just tired, hungry and ready for bed. I guess the joke was on me though, thankfully they didn’t charge me for it and I won’t have to come to this Taco Bell again.

Parking: It's more for a token place of people to park. Really people don't go inside Taco Bell to eat. They go to the drive-thru because they're high.
