Food quality/quantity has declined at this location over the past several months, especially compared to other local locations.
The owner (who often scoffs at his employees and customers) is also now charging extra $ for ‘sub Splenda’ on smoothies. This does not happen at other stores, nor does it align with corporate policy.

The service was extremely quick but the smoothies were horrible. I got the blueberry bliss without banana and it just tasted like I was drinking ice with a hint of blueberry. My boyfriend got the beach bum and it only tasted like chocolate no hint of strawberry or banana as it advertised. This was my first time coming and I was not impressed. I have no idea what they put in there smoothies besides the fruits but I was hoping for something better.

We have been to a lot of Tropical Smoothie’s and this one is so good that literally had to write a review. This location puts the others to shame at an unreal level. The staff is so friendly and the food is regularly delicious. The drive thru is soooo fast. On our most recent visit, the staff was displaying incredible amounts of urgency and care in making and completing orders which I have never seven seen at a Tropical Smoothie before. Funny place to leave a review but 11/10 every time

23 dollars for a acai bowl and sprite. Wont ever be going back to this location. Absolutely insane

The standards have really declined here lately. I used to come often but the food just keeps getting worse. My hummus and veggie wrap today had so much ranch its almost a soup. And the amount of hummus is almost imperceptible. Does this look tasty to you? Plus I have found hair in my food multiple times.

I’m not much of a smoothie person but this place has me hooked. They’re soooo good and fresh! Great customer service also!

Ugh.. how frustrating. I’ve never had a problem with them until today. I always order a banana smoothie, usually as a peanut butter cup smoothie with NO chocolate, and add whey. This time it took longer than expected (totally fine, I don’t mind waiting) but this time they handed me out my food first and after a few minutes, the employees kept looking out the drive-through window at me. I didn’t think anything of this, but as I drove away, I realized my banana shake definitely had chocolate in it (the banana smoothie I usually get is yellow believe it or not). To me, this tells me that they realize they made a mistake, and still knowingly handed me out an incorrectly made food item. I have no idea if they actually added the whey protein, they definitely charged me for it, but they added chocolate so if that’s anything to go by, they probably didn’t add whey.

I feel like the girls who work there n the afternoon (the younger ones) seem a lil rude. But they got my food done fast n it tasted great.
