Made reservations and there was a mix-up— our lovely waitress made sure we got correct seating and the owner came up to us and personally approached us with warmth and a gift. We have been long time goers at Luva Bella particularly enjoying the Asiago gnocchi paired with cab, so I was excited to show my friend the restaurant- I was delighted that she got to see excellent customer service and was served a great meal. We will always return to Luva Bella. Thank you staff and owner for a wonderful evening.

I recently visited this place, and I have to say, the building itself is quite interesting. It has a unique vibe that grabs your attention right away. However, I was a bit disappointed with the wine selection; it felt more like something you could easily pick up at a grocery store rather than something special you’d expect from a wine-focused venue.
The atmosphere was decent, but it didn’t really blow me away. The biggest issue for me was the staff. They seemed a bit scattered and overwhelmed, which made for a frustrating experience when I was just trying to order. It felt like nobody really knew what was going on.
As for the food, it was okay but not anything to write home about. Honestly, after the wait, I expected something a little more impressive. Overall, while the place has potential and an inviting look, I’m not sure I’d rush back anytime soon.

Unsure what happened. I've had great experiences in the past. Waitress brings me a Caesar salad which had about 2 bottles of dressing on it, to the point it almost looked like soup. I told her it was terrible and she just brushed it off. Never offered to replace the salad. Wine is ok, but overpriced. I'll never go back.

This is the 3rd time I have had horrible service at this winery. We waited over 15 minutes and never once had someone ask us what we would like to drink . Multiple servers walked past and waited on family of 8 that came in after us. We tried to give them another shot. We have had instances where we did not even get our food we ordered. It is a shame the place is nice with good food. But the service is awful. I will never go back because of this.

We enjoyed one of the last nights of music on the patio for this summer. It is a delightful setting and our server Bruno was just great! He seemed to be covering the entire patio and worked so hard at keeping everyone happy. He was a delight. While we sat under the patio lights, those further out from the building ate in almost total darkness. One table had their cell phone propped up so to see their meal. Lights on those tables would have been helpful and certainly added to the ambiance of the patio. But other than that, it was a delightful evening and a good close to summer.

Great food great atmosphere only issue is when you walk in at 8:30 they shouldn’t have all the chairs up and cleaning the floors when they close at 10… definitely felt rushed the whole time!

Very loud and humid in dinning area. Food was average to good. Service was good, wine was good. Dessert was above average to excellent. It's a place I would like to come once in a while due to its location

Took a little too long to get waited on initially for our drink orders but fine after that and the quality of the food more than made up for it Highly recommend the cream cheese pesto dip and the garlic bread bites
