Not gonna lie it's super frustrating ordering AND paying for extra cheese and not getting it. Not only that, but the crust is paper thin, and the amount of sauce on the pizza i picked up a little bit ago seemed like they took a teaspoon worth and tried to smear it around which resulted in essentially me just paying for two types of cheese bread...which is not what I wanted.

I picked up an order this past Monday. Very friendly staff service was quick and food was great! I think someone called her Brooke she was very kind helped get my food to my car told me about curbside ordering. Would recommend over any other Giovanni’s I’ve been to.

I don't know what's happening, my guess is they're going cheap on ingredients like everyone else, but the last 2 pizzas I got from there were terrible. And I won't be ordering again. The sauce, the crust, it was awful.

Got 19 inch pizza that was tilted or leaning while being delivered so it was all in pile and ordered steak sub with no onion & got ham sub with onions fries were soggy & cold and I was told sorry and could give me 20% off next order

I placed an order via their website, like I have before. Today the delivery driver called me on the way out to let me know she would be here in 10 minutes. Never have I had a delivery driver call me, this was such a sweet gesture, and I'm very very appreciative of her.
