What's the purpose in asking if you need something through the drive-thru and then they don't even give you any of it

Coming home from a long drive last night and got 6 items from taco bell, we both got a spicy potato soft taco, a grilled cheese burrito, and a baja blast. The grilled cheese burrito was alright, nothing really in it, and not the best I’ve had but it was edible. The spicy potato soft taco was impossible to eat, the potatoes were all hard as rocks and the tortillas were tough. This was 12:30 on a Saturday, peak taco bell hours. This is the time they’re known for. So disappointing because I normally love taco bell, but their game here just isn’t it I guess. Just need to warn it’s such a gamble every time you go if it’s going to be a waste of money or not.

This taco bell 🔔 was paved without any holes. The service was friendly & fast & the order correct. I definitely plan to return & recommend as well

I went in today for lunch. Ordered thru the Kiosh and marked pay by cash. No one every came to the front to take the cash. After others were served ahead of me, I ask if they lost my order. An employee came up front and said did you pay for your order. I said, No!, no one every came to take my $. He said they would start on my order after I paid. I told him to forget it as I had waited sometime for my order already. He was not customer friendly and did not apologize for lack of service.

Bad experience we went there for a doordash and waited 20 minutes for the order and then they proceeded to make excuses about are wait saying they didn't know it was us even though we told them what we were there for avoid going there at all cost
Spent $21 on 4 items to feed myself and my teen son and this is the quality we received. $6 for a chicken quesadilla with 4 tiny pieces of chicken and the other half of the quesadilla was empty. It was this way on both of the chicken quesadillas I ordered. I understand the cost of food has gone up but the quality doesn't match the price point. I would be ashamed to hand someone this and expect payment. Going out to eat is a luxury for most people now days but this is pure laziness and taking advantage of customers. Whoever owns this business should be doing quality control checks because this kind of trash isn't going to last.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take my order. Got home food was poorly made and tasted horrible. Avoid Taco Bell in Lucasville! Tried to talk to the manager, excuse was can’t get people to work. Stay away
