Food was cold!!! the order taker seemed dazed or confused.
The manager yelled that maybe he will get it right the next time. People got tired of waiting and left.

The service was the worse I had ever experienced at a Wendy's. I got most of my items basically thrown at me by the employee across the counter, even my frosty of all things. The manager was too busy on her cell phone to care how her customers were being treated. I wasn't the only one the employee was rude to. We had missing items, 2 kids meals altogether and a chilli and a cheese potato. If you are in a hurry, I recommend you pass by this Wendy's and try the Waverly, Ohio one.

The Crabby Patty meal was okay. We will stick with the 4 for 4 meal. We still miss the grilled chicken sandwich and grilled chicken snack wrap.

"I've been coming here a lot, but there's this girl at the window who always greets me with attitude. She never gives me the sauce I ask for at the speaker and is consistently rude. I believe she's the manager, which makes it even more disappointing. It's frustrating because I come here regularly, and I expect better service. Her behavior is really unprofessional and makes the whole experience unpleasant. Every time I visit, I hope for a better interaction, but it never happens. It's clear that she doesn't value customer satisfaction, and it's really starting to affect my decision to keep coming back. I hope this issue gets addressed soon, as it’s impacting my overall experience with this place."

Let your workers back inside, this whole business of making your employees stand outside in the brutal summer heat and take orders is barbaric. You all have an electronic sign that you're just not using anymore. It's perfectly functional, but you're forcing people to stand outside to take orders, claiming it's faster. I don't have any clue how it's faster, and frankly, I'd rather wait the whole extra minute for my food. At least then, I can see what they're putting down my order as on the screen and correct it if its wrong. I ordered a #10 and got nuggets yall. Now I just feel bad looking at your poor employees.

I absolutely love the bacon breakfast burrito. Anytime I find myself near a Wendy's during the morning, I make sure that I have not had breakfast, so I can order one! Big, filling, and a reasonable price.
