Avoid...............The floors were sticky I over looked that but what I could not over look was the hairy man covered in pimples and a suit of hair that was at the register touching food I'm assuming he is handicap thats not the problem but I watched him look down reading a Receipt drooling on frys and a man's burger, and as all this is going on group of girls being loud talking nasty In back not caring .....the health department needs to pay a vist ....needless to say we left went to speed way ate their burgers instead..I'm not sure how no one has not got sick yet

Inside for lunch. Ordered 2 chilli, hamburgers, drinks. Chilli was thin and watery, was not even warm, and had a sour taste; not edible. The hamburgers were not warm. Employees in motion, but when tried to tell them of the food, stood and just looked?? Would not want to visit this Wendy’s again!

I went inside to order. To go. The fries were cold. The fish sandwich was terrible. It was burnt and not much fish. Got 3 sandwiches and all of them were like that. This was for the family. Have had issues with breakfast as well there before. I will not return there. Employees were there in motion, but that was it.
I've lived in lucasville for about 3 years now and not ONCE have they ever gotten an order right! They always mess up something or they don't give it to you at all! Their breakfast muffins could bust a window they are so hard. This places is a joke. I'd give it 0 stars if it were an option.
Me and my 5yr old took a bite of their nuggets and both spit it out immediately, I knew by the look of them at first they seemed too light in color, and yea, the nuggets weren’t fully cooked. The taste was raw and the texture was gooey.
I paid extra money for toppings and never received any...
Food is never fresh and always made wrong....

On 01/19/2025 we went in to eat we waited 20 minutes before anyone took our order and they wasn’t even busy at all one of the employees that was off the clock was running back and fourth from the back of the restaurant with her little girl that’s probably about 4 or 5 years old the manger on the last night shift did not tell that girl to take her kid to the lobby that little girl was running past the Manager four or five times she was running around the fryer the little girl and was running around the hot grill if that little girl would have fell that baby would have got really hurt me be a mother I said something to the manger and she was rude the whole time I am a assistant Manager in Waverly and if I would let my kid run around in the back like that little girl was I wouldn’t have a job the manger didn’t want to make the mother take her daughter to the lobby in I asked for the supervisors number and she told me that she doesn’t have it working in a fast food restaurant myself. I know that they have a list of their area supervisors their GM‘s number and etc When I said something about that baby being behind the counter, the manager did not care and I told her if that baby would’ve fell and got hurt that would be on her and a liability of the restaurant because she did not make the mother take the baby out from the back until I said something in the manager that was on shift that night was rude. her name was Renee so if I was the upper manager of that restaurant, I would have a talk with her, but clearly it seems that they don’t care.that manger didn’t care about it one bit and she was rude I have never had this bad of service ever at a restaurant like I did that day

The service was the worse I had ever experienced at a Wendy's. I got most of my items basically thrown at me by the employee across the counter, even my frosty of all things. The manager was too busy on her cell phone to care how her customers were being treated. I wasn't the only one the employee was rude to. We had missing items, 2 kids meals altogether and a chilli and a cheese potato. If you are in a hurry, I recommend you pass by this Wendy's and try the Waverly, Ohio one.
