Place was empty but couldn’t get service. What service we did receive was terrible. Me and my best friend went, she ordered steak and mashed potatoes, fries and a passion margarita. She got a normal margarita and when she brought it up the waitress argued with her about how it was the right one. It wasn’t. She took it back to re make it and we just never received the new drink, and never received her fries either. The manager was dismissive and slightly arrogant when it was brought up that items were missing and or wrong. Honestly it just sucked entirely, and we waited for forever for everything. I asked for a box at the end of my visit and never got one so I had to go bother the bar tender to even get a box. Honestly save your money and go somewhere else lol not worth the trip whatsoever

The serving size portions for the kids Menu is ridiculously small. My kids left hungry. Thank you to the super nice waitress who gave him some extra fries. I know its not an employee issue. Shame on Applebee's for cutting portions. The 1 chicken taco is the size for maybe a 11 month old baby NOT a 10 year old. For 8$ I could of gotten a bigger portion of food at subway... I wont spend my money here again. AND AGAIN, THIS IS NOT DIRECTED AT THE STAFF.

Server we had was excellent wish I had remembered his name. Food was decent can’t complain for what you’re paying. But the food came out relatively quick and the server was great! Usually never-mind stopping here for dinner if you beat the crowds
First time at this location ordered 2 for $25 received my appetizer same time as food. Had to ask for eating utensils. When I received my utensils they were wrapped i unwrapped and they were dirty. The server didn't get a tip from me this day and I sat at the bar which I do all the time I go to any Applebee's. The food was decent but I was unhappy with a couple things mentioned

Tip well. Treat the servers and staff like family (the family that you respect and admire). I.E. have understanding when things are chaotic and imperfect. You see them sorting it out. Profit sharing should begin with location, as the test vehicle. IJS.
