If I could give -5 stars I would! Tonight was my first and last time at this Applebees. Worst experience of my life!! I placed a to go order. My estimated time for my food to be ready was 7:10. I did receive my food until after 8:30!!! After waiting so long and being asked by the same person over and over the name on my order I was tired and frustrated to even look at my order once it finally came out. I knew I was suppose to get 2 drinks with my order but I didn’t even feel like waiting around to ask. I left without checking my order, big mistake!! Got half way home looked in the bag and it was not even my order!! Beyond mad! I didn’t even turn around and go back. I will never go back into this Applebees again!

Placed an order in the website for pickup. The order was not ready until nearly an hour after the pickup time. Then it was missing a side dish. Waited even longer - almost an hour and a half after pickup time - for that. They refused to issue any sort of a refund.
Food was ok, although some portions were smaller than expected.
I would not recommend ordering takeout from here.

service is terrible!!! when u place a pick up order they tell u is should only take about 20 minutes and u end up waiting almost 2 hours! i barely got any food and not to mention when u ask why its behind u end up getting attitude. if they told me up front it would take a long time i wouldnt be so upset but this is ridiculous.

There was no one at the front to even seat anyone. Then someone asked us how many and said it would be a minute , didn’t tell me how long. We continued to wait for another 10-15 mins. Took forever to get seated. Half the restaurant was closed. Took a long time to have someone come over and ask for drinks and our order. Finally put drinks and food in at same time, the kids orders came out before the adults and the appetizer. I had to wait for my adult drink which was out after the appetizer. After the kids were done eating the adult food came out. It took forever to get the check and was never asked about refills. I would not recommend this location to anyone if you’re in a hurry. Took us at least two and a half hours with four young kids.

They messed my order up. The I called and spoke with the manager to tell them they didn’t not fixed my food correctly I order extra sauce and she told me I wasn’t charged but that is beside the point my food was not fixed like I ordered the she disconnected the call. I never raised my voice nor was I rude. But I will not order anything from here again

3/27/25 10:30 pm went in for a oriental crispy chicken salad,… Sat at bar for 10 min before bartender asked me what I wanted small draft beer,… he then proceeds to do 10 other things while I wait for him to pour a simple beer,… the place was not that crowded,… the bar surface was a disaster,… I walked out !!!

I have ordered from this location twice now within about a month of each other. First of all, both times I was waiting in the store for 20+ minutes for my takeout order. This is 20 minutes AFTER THE ETA OF THE FOOD. I was not there early. The first time, there were at least 6 other people around me waiting for either their DoorDash order or their own order. One guy even said he was waiting in there for an hour for his DoorDash pickup. The whole time seated people were getting served normally. There's something seriously wrong with this location's takeout/delivery prep. Second of all, I ordered a burger here a couple days ago and the inside looked like it was cooked for maybe 30 seconds. Completely pink with only the outside brown. Not a great surprise after already being not happy waiting for extra long. Applebee's, please fix this.

The service is bad, they serve the dishes but they don't deliver the cutlery unless you ask for it, they don't think of passing out napkins. The bathroom is dirty as is the floor of the establishment, they gave me a glass that had lipstick on it. Very bad experience, even the restaurant's diners are rude and belch at the table.

Food was fine aside from the dry pasta that I ended up having comped. Mozzarella sticks & boneless wings were great! Bartender named AJ was very passive aggressive and rude though. Will not be returning.
