In my opinion, one of the best in the City. I love the crazy noodles. It's a family-run business and they do a great job. We have been going there for years. Everyone from work goes there too

The Mango Curry is very good but the Mango Paradise is to die for. The sweet & sour taste is nothing short of decadence. Everything tastes fresh and made with love!
My only complaint is their hours. I wish they were open more often to feed my big-back beluga whale self.

I always enjoy my experience at Bangkok Thai, which seems to get better every time I go to eat here. The scales they use to deliver spice level and flavor are perfect, making it one of my favorite places to eat in Cleveland.
When I first started coming here I ate the kra pao religiously, but I seem to have a hankering for the crazy noodles nowadays. You can’t go wrong with anything here really.

We love ordering takeout lunch from here. They are very good at fulfilling the order (never had any mistakes and everything is packed with care). The toast website is a bit confusing, but you can always call in and they are very happy to help.
The food is always good and we like trying the different dishes they have available. We normally order from here once a month min. Solid experience every time and a crowd pleaser in the office.

Of all the local owned places in the Mayfield Heights area, Bangkok consistently ranks among the best between me and my peers. Service is fast, the staff are extremely attentive and friendly towards customers (taking a point to remember our names each time we come back), and the food is incomparably good. I’m a spice fiend and Thai doesn’t mess around with their higher level spiced meals.

Our delivery was picked up and never delivered. We never got our money back and had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I did not order from uber, uber eats, grub hub, or DoorDash. I ordered directly from Bangkok Thai’s website, as my cc clearly states below. I was charged by Bangkok Thai and that charge went through. After I ordered the food from Bangkok Thai, their website transferred me over to Toast, who will be delivering the food. An hour later I get a text from an Uber driver saying the food‘s been dropped off. There was no food at my door, so I contacted the Uber driver to let them know. The Uber driver told me that they dropped it off at a senior citizens complex and left it at the front counter and that they couldn’t get back in to get it. Then I called Bangkok Thai to inform them that I never received it because the driver dropped it off to the wrong location and can’t get back in to get it. Bangkok Thai told me that they will dispute the charge with Uber and that I should do the same. I asked them about the order I never received and how long it would take to get. They said, I’d have to go on line and reorder and pay again to receive my order. It was a $90 order. I asked Bangkok Thai why it should come out my pocket when I ordered through them and never received my order. They told me that I should get my money back disputing it with uber. I told them I didn’t order from uber, I ordered directly from their website that I shouldn’t be the one out $180 for one order hoping I get reimbursed by a company I didn’t order from. The lady with Bangkok Thai said that if they make me another order then they’ll be out $180 and that she’s not guaranteed to get reimbursed by uber. That doesn’t make sense to me. I told her that I’ll order from another company and will never order from them again. This is not how a business with 4+ stars should do business. If I ordered directly from uber, uber eats, grub hub or door dash I wouldn’t be upset at the Bangkok Thai, but the fact I ordered directly from Bangkok Thai and the charge on my bank account says Bangkok Thai upsets me. They aren’t taking the responsibility and ownership of that mistake. They should’ve reordered at their expense or refunded me the money. Why should I have to dispute that charge through my cc when it’s Bangkok Thai’s responsibility not my cc company’s. If Bangkok Thai chooses to use a third party company to deliver, then they should take responsibility for that third party company and not pawn it off on the customer. I’ll never order from Bangkok Thai again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone, EVER!!

Was once my go-to place for pad Thai, but the last few times, the experience has not been that great. Food has lost its freshness and taste. Oily and greasy is how i would describe my recent meals. Perhaps a new cook?

This is the real deal. A friend of mine introduced me to this place and I’m so delighted that I went back. To take out and my husband and I really enjoyed the flavors. The woman who works at the desk is so friendly and kind and I definitely see people coming in just happy to see her. I’ll be back!
