I got the pulled pork dinner, and my food was hot and the meat was flavorful. Thr cashier was very helpful, although I ordered on the kiosk!

Food is terrible, I'd order a polish boy and rib tips and fries, the polish boy were soggy and the rib tips were like reheated, no kind of smoked flavor. I stay in Lyndhurst avoid going all the over to Kim's or Open Pit I suggest I'll try B&M . What a horrible experience

I spent $60 family pack plus tip. Ribs were hard and the chicken wings were little. Mac and cheese sucked. Everything tasted old. They didn't even call me on the phone when my order was up. They responded but no one picks up the phone either

The chicken, ribs, mac & cheese were perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. Easily the best BBQ i've had in cleveland.
Green beans were great too but the chicken, ribs and mac&cheese are always our favorites.
