No wait time food was ready when I arrived staff very friendly & knowledgeable food was delicious @ packaging was attractive I love the pick up high tech services when orders are picked up the code comes on your iPhone & when u arrive put the code in the container window and the door open up for u to retrieve your food a good service to have again the food was delicious & zero wait time will be returning.

I ordered a polishboy 15 wings with sauce, French fries and was terrible disappointed. It's becoming a thing I guess since everyone is trying to keep up with the demand. You have to clean and get all the feathers out of the chicken and try to make sure that everything is hot when you serve people. I love B&M's forever and a day, I will be going to E.105Th from now on.

Ribs were oven baked and awdul
I got the pulled pork dinner, and my food was hot and the meat was flavorful. Thr cashier was very helpful, although I ordered on the kiosk!

Food is terrible, I'd order a polish boy and rib tips and fries, the polish boy were soggy and the rib tips were like reheated, no kind of smoked flavor. I stay in Lyndhurst avoid going all the over to Kim's or Open Pit I suggest I'll try B&M . What a horrible experience
