My husband and I dined on a Saturday night for the 1st time in over a year due to past very slow service. Although the food was good and our server was doing the best she could, the food still took forever to come out. We watched the guests around us also wait over 45 minutes for their meals. Until the kitchen staff can get it together to speed up their process (or hire more staff) Brio risks losing clientele such as us.

We always enjoy Brio. The 1st thing we noticed was that all the prices were higher. My pork chops were $36.99 & again were over cooked to my taste. The steak salad my partner had was $27.99 & the steak was done perfect. Other items: Long pour white wine $17.99 & Tomato Caprese salad $15.99. At the higher prices, we can't go as often.

Service was inattentive for us being one of the only tables in the place (two tables including us, more than an hour before close on a Saturday). It took her ten minutes to drop off and come back for the check, even though they had turned the lights on. We asked for more bread, when she came back to the table with our entrees we reminded her and she was pretty snippy about “yah I'm getting it” but then came back to tell us they shut the bread oven down.
