Ordered a couple of pies one was incorrect, although by user error Ian and Elliot were quick to fix our mistake at and point out how easy it was to make the mistake. Kudos to great fast and friendly super service!

So apparently this one just opened. i got my
pizza - it was decent. But like all Dominoe's
lately, they be putting almost no sauce in the chicken alfredo and the noodles always burn and dry out. I will not be ordering alfredo from anywhere if it says Dominoes again! Seems most of these places are bad anymore!!!!

Just picked up a late night order and the bros were just so amazing. Like, amazing enough to make me smile for the first time all day. It doesn't take much effort to be nice on most days(everyone has bad ones), but sadly this type of courtesy is so rare nowadays. Especially in east Cleveland unfortunately. Not taking you guys for granted. Thank you

I ordered from this Domino's around 10:00 p.m. at night on a whim because they had a fantastic deal on pizzas. My order was ready quicker than the app predicted. The food was hot, fresh, accurate, and packaged well. The staff were polite, friendly, and honest. The location was clean and appeared to be well run. Not to mention, I made an error ordering my pizza and ordered it for the wrong day, and when I called, the staff was incredibly helpful and canceled my order immediately. I'll definitely be recommending this Domino's for when people want a quick, hot, delicious pizza at a jaw dropping price. Excellent job, Lyndhurst Domino's.

I think in the last year or so, this place has come under new management, or has better workers, or both. Either way, this is an A+ as far as Dominos go and as far as pizza goes in the entire area. Orders are usually under 15 minutes, correct 99% of the time and made extremely well, not over cooked, good topping distribution etc. Kudos to this dominos team for actually giving a shit!

Dear Domino’s Customer Service,
I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding the experience I had at one of your locations today.
Upon entering the store, I noticed there were only two employees working, one of whom had multiple piercings in her face. While her appearance is not an issue for me, I was highly concerned to witness her eating over the food preparation area. This is not only unsanitary but completely unacceptable for a food establishment.
In addition to that, both employees displayed an unprofessional attitude that made the entire experience uncomfortable. We live in a time where eating out is no longer cheap, and every dollar counts. Customers should not have to deal with negative energy and poor service after spending their hard-earned money simply trying to feed their families.
If someone no longer wishes to work in customer service, they should consider a different career path rather than bringing that frustration into a workplace where it directly affects others. That attitude doesn’t just stay behind the counter—it impacts the food being made and the overall experience customers are left with.
I hope you take this complaint seriously and address the issues with the staff at this location. Cleanliness, professionalism, and basic respect should be the minimum standard—especially in today’s economy.

This is a good Domino's pizza location. My order was correct and was ready when the app said it would be. I ordered online. The people working there were friendly.

Very rude and inconsiderate.If I could give a zero I would. Waited 20 minutes and they still didn't make the Pizza. Granted the Pizza was pre-ordered 30 minutes before arrival.
