While this place has been one of my favorites for years, they continue to get rid of awesome staff. I think the newer owner has some sort of an authority complex. I have also heard he bans regulars if they say negative stuff about the place or the way he runs it so if I’m not in there again he’s mad about this review.

My favorite place to grab a beer with a great atmosphere and exceptionally wonderful bartending. A game of darts with your favorite tunes on the jukebox and good friends in tow is an excellent way to have a blast at Gilbert's Tavern.
