I like the shakes they make here! They have more accommodating hours than a lot of the nutrition shops around North East Ohio, which I like. I also tried their mega tea, which was very energizing, but a little sweet for me. I had a seasonal flavor, and it looked so cool!

I remember when Heights Nutrition opened, took me a hot minute to go in but man I'm glad I did. There is quite the menu variety and there's even seasonal menus that are offered. My go to item on the menu is the small tea/shake combo for $9. There's also a "mega" tea (the small tea I'd say is about 1/4 the size of the mega) that has different special flavors. The owner is incredibly friendly and will happily answer any questions about each product....
