Tonight we had Jets deliver us pizzas and salads. Best ever. Food arrived early and the pizza was actually hot besides being tasty. I also liked that I had to actually sign the charge slip. We loved our pizzas and it was nice to be able to customize what was in our salad. You can’t beat Jets!
We move down the street from them and since pizza is my kids favorite food group (anyone else got a kid on the autism spectrum & can relate) we are typically loyal customers BUT they cut our pizzas with the same cutter that was used on cinnamon sticks (which we did not order) we called to let them know and they basically said sorry about your luck. Zero customer service, zero owning up to their wrong doing, shoot we would of been thrilled with an in sorry & would you like a coupon?...read full review
Arrived for takeout one minute after quoted pick up time and food wasn’t ready. 10 mins later I was ready to go, and the staff was attentive and polite. They made sure I had my dipping sauce for my wings and I was on my way.
Food stayed hot all the way back home. Pizza and wings were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this Jets Pizza location. It was the perfect way to end my birthday.
