I was emailed a coupon code that would not work online. I tried multiple times to use it. When it wouldn't work online, I called and the associate wouldn't do anything to assist me. I asked to speak to a manger and she put me on hold and then hung up on me. I used to like this store, but their customer service is unacceptable and I will avoid this store from here on out.

This was absolutely the worse pizza I ever had in my life. Granted to their defense it was a pizza without cheese and perhaps it would be better with cheese. But the pizza was DRY the crust was hard DRY. The toppings were chopped really tiny and the chicken was DRY. The pizza was tasteless my napkin tasted better than the pizza did. The good thing is the birds outside enjoyed it. I do not recommend Jet's pizza

For a 30 dollars pizza every piece of my pizza Should be covered with pepperoni, not one or two pepperonis on the whole pizza if I’m paying for toppings, I expect the toppings to be on there specially, for $30

My son and I get Jets all of the time and at first the pizza was great. I order a pizza for delivery today and was slightly insulted that they even sent it out it was so burnt. The manager on duty didn’t really care when I brought it back just gave me my money back. Customer service and pizza has gone down hill.

Jets used to be good. This is the second time the pizza really missed the mark. The lack of cheese was disappointing the last two times we have ordered. Will never order Jets again. They have really gone down in their quality over the past two years. Bad pizza. Service was fast and they were nice. I’d rather have slow service and rude people and the old Jets pizza.

My boyfriend called in the order and when he picked it up he specifically said he wanted pepperoni and sausage the pizza was incorrect and had to wait for another pizza to be made. He received wings for the inconvenience.
I don't like anything about Detroit, but this dang on pizza is fire. If you love pizza, you must try it. PERIOD!

Ordered online and got there 10 minutes after It said the pizza would be ready. Need better training at the register. First she tried to charge me for the pizza I had already paid for online. The order she was trying to charge me for was not my order. She checked and then said nothing so I assumed my order wasn't ready. I waited 15 more minutes and then asked her if she was sure my order wasn't ready. She checked again and it had been sitting there the whole time. No apology, just put it on the counter without saying a word. It was annoying, but I realize it's hard to get and keep good workers these days. The pizza was delicious.
