Didn't care for my cheesesteak sandwich from this location. Even tho I ordered everything on it, the sandwich had no flavor. I had to doctor it up at home. Also, I ordered a large & received 2 meds...guess they were out of buns??

The food here is usually very good. My wife ordered a steak and cheese hero with mushrooms only, "BTE" (extra meat and cheese). She was pleased with her sandwich.I ordered a Gyro sandwich. I was not happy with it. The meat and pita bread were good, but instead of Tsatsiki (also sp. Tzatziki) Sauce (made with yogurt, cucumber, and garlic), they put on a huge amount of mayonnaise which was oily and tasteless. It killed the flavor of the meat. The onions on it were tough and chewy. I ended up just pulling out the meat and eating just that.Also, I downloaded their app and placed my order thru it. As a new app customer I was rewarded with a free sandwich which was supposed to pay for the gyro. When I submitted the order, a screen came up with a message saying that the order didn't go through and I should call the store for the order, which I did. When I got there, they couldn't pull up the discount reward so I ended up having to pay for both sandwiches. If the Gyro had been good, I would have just shrugged the extra cost off, but I ended up just being unhappy.Hopefully, I will be able to give them a better rating in the future. If not, I will have to purchase from another one of their stores.

Placed order for pickup, was charged, then told my order was declined. Upon showing my receipt and bank account, I was told I would eventually get my money back and declined service

Credit card machine down on lunch hour 12/27/2022 that’s not the worst of it- the cooks back there we’re moving so slow. Meaning even if I had cash, I wouldn’t be able to eat it within my lunchtime break. Who carries cash anyway anymore? Plus, this is “fast” food. You need to be fast! It didn’t look like they were moving at a fast pace in the kitchen at Mr Hero.
I was very, very surprised about the care and professionalism of the staff. They took great pride in preparing our meal. By the way, the food was very good.

I know prices have gone up, I’ve accepted it, but when a 7in. turns into a 6in. that’s a problem! I had more fries, I guess to make up for the sandwich deficit. SMH!! The food was really good and hot.
