Tomahawk chop was inedible and had to send back. Drawn butter so salty it was hard to like. Tenderloin was chewy. Usually food is great. This time it wasn't. Service was excellent.
We had a great meal at The Capital Grill. The waitstaff was wonderful and we were treated to a card, confetti hearts on our table and a free dessert since it was our anniversary. The kitchen was very accommodating with gluten-free menu items and a gluten-free bread basket. I do, however, feel it was slightly overpriced since the meal only included the protein ($50+). You had to pay more than $10 extra for a salad or a side. I think a small salad or side would be a better value.
Haven't been to this location before and it did not disappoint. The richness of the wood and the massive wine room sets the tone for a lavish dining experience. Our server Gia was very attentive and allowed us the time to peruse their lunch menu. The tenderloin Cobb salad was my selection and it was a healthy portion; prepared just as I asked.
