Just ordered a pizza and tried to pay with cash. After I clearly marked on the order I was paying in cash. The driver then came with no change and took advantage of my daughter and tried to take all the money. When I confronted her and told her to call the manager she proceeded to cuss me out then call the police on me. I was never not trying to pay for the pizza. I called the manager to try to resolve it and he cussed at me as well and said I was trying to steal the pizza. This was by far the worst pizza experience I have ever had. And the driver got a 15 dollar tip because I just wanted her off my property. Worst Domino's ever

Keith the manager is absolutely terrible!!! My food was raw. I even asked for well done and he kept saying I was wrong when clearly my receipt said otherwise. He’s a rude person and I asked for a refund since my food was not edible and he said there was nothing to do about it. Don’t order here!!

Old black lady and a female driver were extremely belligerent during my visit tonight. I overheard them threatening to kill another employee. I almost called police but an older gentleman came in. I will not be back as long as they are there and will be contacting corporate.

Been months since I found a great steak hoagie made in any place that sells them. Last night. 8 30.say pm. Got the. Est one I've eaten in a year easy. Great work. LikeI said. Ive eaten 30 in a year. And not 1 was this good in a year. She knows. And I'll be back if she's there. It was good.

The cheese pizza on this order was fine. The other pizza had 2 hairs on it. Instead of trying to make it right the manager defended it and said they would come pick it up. It is still sitting on the front porch.

Keith the manager STOLE my money for ride on the phone told me oh well there's nothing I can do about it my order was sent to his store the wrong store they don't even deliver to my area said his driver delivered it and handed it to a kid and I was lying, I'M A SINGLE MAN NO KIDS AND THEY DON'T EVEN DELIVER TO MY AREA AT THAT STORE ANYWAY!!! so I tried to get customer service and you can't reach nobody so he's right there's not a damn thing I can do about it he stole my money the tip and the points I used and I'll never get it back, Keith at the laurel store will rob you and laugh in your face about it be aware

This was the worst experience ever. The sandwich was burnt.,The pizza is so greasy it's dripping in the box. We called & the manager on is completely rude. She basically said if we want our food sent out correctly we need to tip her driver again? She's obviously a problem because we've ordered food from here for 3 years & after tonight, dealing with her, we won't be back.
