The cheese pizza on this order was fine. The other pizza had 2 hairs on it. Instead of trying to make it right the manager defended it and said they would come pick it up. It is still sitting on the front porch.

Keith the manager STOLE my money for ride on the phone told me oh well there's nothing I can do about it my order was sent to his store the wrong store they don't even deliver to my area said his driver delivered it and handed it to a kid and I was lying, I'M A SINGLE MAN NO KIDS AND THEY DON'T EVEN DELIVER TO MY AREA AT THAT STORE ANYWAY!!! so I tried to get customer service and you can't reach nobody so he's right there's not a damn thing I can do about it he stole my money the tip and the points I used and I'll never get it back, Keith at the laurel store will rob you and laugh in your face about it be aware

KEITH the manager at this store is extremely rude he stole my money from me and told me there's nothing I can do about it DO NOT order from this store if Keith is working, you may or may not get your food and if you don't he'll keep your money and send you on a mission trying to recover it

This was the worst experience ever. The sandwich was burnt.,The pizza is so greasy it's dripping in the box. We called & the manager on is completely rude. She basically said if we want our food sent out correctly we need to tip her driver again? She's obviously a problem because we've ordered food from here for 3 years & after tonight, dealing with her, we won't be back.

This is the worst franchise Domino's in existence. It takes forever to get your food, and when you get it, it is mediocre. Today we ordered, and an hour and a half later, no pizza and still not out for delivery. The store is not answering the phone. Can't report a problem because the pizza is not out for delivery. Will have to charge back the order. If I get Domino's again, I'll pick it up from the Brotherton store. Much better from there anyways.

I love dominos. This one isn’t good. Pizza comes out of oven and sits for 35 min before delivering past 2 times. So it’s cold when I get it. Made wrong. Tried calling, no one answers. Terrible.
They would have received a five on their food but I like extra cheese on my Philly steak and cheese but they don't have a way to order it that way online. The bread was good and soft this time sometimes it's real hard around the edges. If you want people to order their food online then fix it where they can add extra cheese and say lightly baked on the bread. The food gets here fast so thats not the issue, it has to be overbaked.

Probably the best location I've ever been to. I come here about once a week and the staff are incredibly friendly and orders are always timely and hot. I've never had a single incorrect order from this location in the three years I've been going here, which is such a valuable rarity in the food industry these days. Can't recommend it enough.

Worst Pizza Ordering Experience ever. Took 45 minutes just to get a pizza in the oven. Then when I called to simply ask how much longer it would take, I got chewed out by a manager who proceeded to lecture me about how, "no one wants to work for a living." This person needs to be fired. I don't think I'll be ordering a pizza from this location ever again. I have never been so insulted in my entire life.
