âLetâs put the order in wrong and when the customer asks for cheese instead of giving them cheese letâs throw the sandwiches away and give the customer no choice but to wait for us to take our time making new sandwiches.â Contribute to the already bad food waste problem, great idea. Just give me a cup of cheese and send me on my way, if I had time to wait more than 10 minutes for my food I wouldnât be at a âfast foodâ restaurant.

This place is commically bad. If you want to be ignored in the drive thru, then this place is for you. Both times I've been here, i left after waiting 15 minutes for my order. There won't be a third time for me to learn my lesson about this place.

Cookie was stale. Sandwich was good. They forgot one of my items. Good thing I remembered what I paid for. The Andeâs shake was the same as I remembered it being years ago. I wasnât the only one the messed up on an order with while I was there. I wonder how many times a day this happens if twice in 10 minutes it happened during my stop.

Was here tonight around d 10:30 pm. We ordered 4 milk shakes. One was mocha and the other three were the Andy Mint. We asked for the chocolate syrup to be put in them. The lady snapped at us and told us they didn't have any chocolate. Really you could not tell us this prior to making the shakes and charging us? This has not been the first time we have had crappy service. I ast at the drive through one night for about 10 minutes no one answered us. So we walked in and they said oh we didn't have our head sets on.. what really?? Why??? STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. I will drive to the one that's on rt 20 in madison. Friendly staff, food is always hot and made correctly...

Last time I went in the drive thru, they told they had nobody to work, and they were closed, this time they were open, but the fries look like they were sitting there all day, after 3, I threw them away, think I will stay north of the overpass from now on.
