We started our wine tour off here...beer AND wine for the different tastes in our party. We did 3 difference wine flights: sweet, dessert & popular....popular was the drier wines, so not a favorite, but dessert & sweet had their winners. The men got beer flights...butter pecan did not disappoint! The venue is quite nice, I definitely want to sit on the patio next time.

I have been here a few times prior, but this time, it was for their Halloween trail. It's a very cute winery with a great patio and a pretty view. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their wine is very good. They also have cute merchandise you can purchase. It's a nice environment to sit with friends and enjoy some wine.

The Met was amazing! All the Greek flavors and huge beautiful olives! We also shared a cheese plate to go along with our wine flight, and it had a medley of fine cheeses, spreads, and fruits/nuts. Beautiful setting, excellent service!

My recent visit to Cask 307 was exceptional. Heather, our server, was fantastic, providing excellent wine selections and invaluable sightseeing recommendations. The pepperoni and chipotle chicken flat bread pizzas were delicious, perfectly paired with their Lost Chardonnay wine. Additionally, the Butter Pecan Porter beer quickly became my new favorite. The combination of great food, superb wine, and outstanding service makes Cask 307 a must-visit destination in the Madison OH Area Be sure to add it to your itinerary!

This was our first visit and we will definitely be back. We were treated by 2-3 people as we walked in and everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The staff were helpful and seemed happy to be there, which is unusual in “today’s world”. Our group tried 3 different wine flights and we found many we liked. They have a lot of options, ranging from dry to sweet. The food was all good, though not a huge menu, quite adequate. The facility is beautiful and the location was nice as well. We came to listen to live music by Nick Zuber, and had a wonderful evening.

We decided on a whim to visit cask 307 for the first time tonight with our family and we had the best time! We were treated so kindly by the sweet lady taking our order, the food was delicious and the wine was amazing! I love that they generously offer a sample of wine if you aren’t sure what you want, I didn’t even have to ask! We will definitely be back again! Thank you cask 307 for a wonderful evening!

Has very nice scenery and a good band playing. Unfortunately, the red wines were not our style. We tried all 5 reds and were not able to find one that we liked. Pretzel sticks were good.
